- 5.0PTPetra T.juli 20265.0PTPetra T.juli 2026PositiveExtra-large sites that offer plenty of privacy. Nice, clean restroom facilities. Friendly front desk. A 12- to 15-minute walk to both the castle and the supermarket.NegativI didn't notice anything negative.Friendly and beautifulAs mentioned above, it's a great spot, located right next to the Danube. We didn't have enough time to go canoeing, play mini-golf, or book the climbing course with an instructor.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første!

S.august 2024PositiveLocation on the Danube, close to the skate park and close to the cityNegativCleanliness of the sanitary facilities, voltage fluctuations in the power supplyBeautiful place with compromisesIt was our second time at this campsite - just for two nights, because the boy loves the skate park. Meanwhile, mom and dad chilled out, which was nice. Despite its proximity to a busy junction and a local exit, the campsite is quiet. The staff are friendly, everything is fine so far.
Unlike last year,... however, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was not ideal this year. Everything should be thoroughly cleaned again (dirty partitions in the toilets, cobwebs, the floor was not clean, the hand basins in both toilets had clear signs of use).
We also had problems with the power supply and voltage. The temperature of the fridge kept fluctuating significantly.Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. - 5.0TSThomas S.juni 20245.0TSThomas S.juni 2024PositiveVery nice centrally located campsite clean tidy!NegativNoneVacationI can only recommend this campsite, very clean and tidy, toilets and showers top. - 5.0WBWolfgang B.april 20245.0WBWolfgang B.april 2024PositiveThe location on the Danube in the former garden show grounds, close to the town of Sigmaringen. Very professionally managed site with many offers, canoe hire, bike hire, select and book planned tours.NegativRoad noise, depending on the wind direction.City campingVery friendly host couple with lots of good advice about the region, hiking opportunities and sights. Good connections to public buses and trains. Access to the campsite on the edge of the town very well organized. Large supermarket with post office, butcher's shop and bakery 500 m from the campsite. The Danube cycle path runs right past the campsite.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første!
- 4.0CHCorina H.april 20224.0CHCorina H.april 2022PositiveDirectly on the Danube cycle path, park-like designNegativLively road and skating rink near the Hörn. Lots of loose gravel makes walking and cycling difficultToo little for the moneySome plots can only be reached via other plots. No sale of bread rolls or ice cream, as Kaufland is within walking distance. At our time, half of all washing facilities / showers were closed due to defects.
The mini golf course could do with a repair or two. The food in the restaurant was great.

Vær den første! - 3.0BEBarbara E.april 20223.0BEBarbara E.april 2022Positive- Seating near the barrels - Proximity to Sigmaringen, Danube, riverside parkNegativ-Price for a family with 2 children, without a car 44 euros: that's too expensive for what the site offers - Parceled pitches, rather cramped, lots on offer in a small space (plots, huts, barrels, log cabins, ...), no open spaces - No facilities for children (sanitary facilities, playground, meadow, ...)Price-performance ratio is not right for meWe only stayed at this site with a tent and without a car. Unfortunately, there are only whole pitches and no facilities for cyclists (despite the Danube cycle path). What bothered me most was the high price per child. As a family with 2 children, we paid 44 euros for a tent without a car. There is hardly... anything for children. No child-friendly shower, washbasin, meadow to play on, playground, ... The comparatively high price for the children doesn't make sense to me.
The wash house is very cramped, as is the dishwashing room, and you always need a key for the wash house. Children can't even go to the toilet on their own.
For a lower price, all these points wouldn't bother me so much. But in comparison with other campsites, the rating for this campsite is unfortunately poor. There is still room for improvement in terms of child and family friendliness.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. The site is manageable and very cozy. Unfortunately, there are no shops on the site, but Kaufland is not far away. You just have to think ahead for Sundays and public holidays. The steakhouse on the square is only open from Thu... to Sun.
Can't understand some of the comments. The friendliness of the staff is okay. They are not over-friendly (we don't need them to be), but they take care of everything and you know where to go. It's not as noisy as some people say. Of course you can hear the main road in places, but it's not really annoying. The tuning scene in SIG is a bit over-motivated, but these are noises that can only be heard for a short time (drifting, accelerating). Everyone knows what the course is like and has to put up with traffic noise. But as I said, it's not really loud and above all not permanently loud.
The showers and toilets are tidy and are cleaned regularly and cleanly. In terms of space, the sanitary area could be a little larger. The washing-up area is also very small. The water was always very hot.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første! - 3.0

Street somewhat audible.Nice little campsite on the Danube with a view of Sigmaringen CastleThe campsite is located on the edge of the village directly on the Danube and the Danube cycle path. Siegmaringen Castle is a 10-minute walk away. The small campsite is designed with lots of greenery and offers many beautiful pitches. The site is popular with families with children. Especially cyclists... and canoeists. It can get a bit "lively" during the day, but it was always quiet at night. The road is easy to hear. The sanitary facilities are new. Showers are included. Access only with key, which guests receive against a deposit. The site is well frequented in the season, often fully booked. Overall, a beautiful and well-run campsite.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første!

Roland L.juni 20173.0Roland L.juni 2017PositivePleasant atmosphereNegativnoneCamping to feel goodVery nice site with spacious pitches, new sanitary facilities and extremely friendly operator. All pitches with grass, electricity and water. A lot has been done here. Showers without coin slot and with good separation for clothes. The shower head from above is great, but if a woman only wants to shower... and not wash her hair, there is no hand shower. But that's complaining on a high level. Youth groups and sleeping barrels are accommodated in a separate part of the campsite, which ensures plenty of peace and quiet. The high ropes course, mini golf and human table soccer are great. Only the main road can be heard a little. Fresh bread rolls and groceries are available at Kaufland, a 5-minute walk away. Sigmaringen can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The gastronomy in Sigmaringen is excellent and a Hohenzollern cake in the Hofkonditorei Seelos is recommended after the castle tour. The Palmengarten steakhouse at the campsite also offers delicious steaks and burgers. The salad, however, still has room for improvement. All in all, a nice place, not just for a weekend.Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. - 5.0
