"Recommendation! - Clean and well-kept site, sanitary facilities always clean, showers with shower token. All staff friendly and helpful. Barbecues, drinks, snacks and breakfast available at reception

"Thanks but...... - After years of regular stays (2x per year 2x about 10 days) I can only give 1 STAR for the last time (duration 3 hours) All other years were always very good. after consultation on the day of arrival by phone from on the way I was promised to leave a card in the safe that we can stand safely for the night and use the toilet and that our requested place is free (I was literally told on the phone, as described in the picture, and the necessary access to the energy point would also be done). If I had known beforehand that NONE of this corresponded to what we found, I would have turned off the Berliner Ring towards the Harz Mountains and driven to Thale or Elbingerrode. well, so be it drumm, after we had been on our feet for 16 hours, we had to spend another 6 hours folded up in the towing vehicle and realize that you didn't know anything about anything in the morning, well be it drumm, I then looked for another Pletz which I often had. around me in the radius of 15-20m everything empty (here is supposedly free standing without a fixed plot) I got to hear from far away from three TYPES that this is not possible, too little space to drive in ect. -Radius around my small car of 15-20m!!!! free, you can't get through ??I was then told by reception that I should ignore these announcements, no certainly not, as a paying guest I don't have to be told where to stand by some people 25m away and other things. To the cheers of these people we left immediately, thank you for 2 wasted days of our precious time, luckily we had quickly found a super great 100m/2 large place elsewhere, with a great restaurant and bus connection WITHOUT a barrier. As I said, this only refers to Sep. 2025, everything else was always top.we wish you all the best but for us it was that, Saxon Switzerland also has other beautiful pitches with great other ca

"Short break - Small cozy place, without pitches, very nice people there, bread service (even if I was the last one to pick it up every day) to recommend, sanitary neat and clean and if guests would learn that with the slippers, then it would be even better. Oh and the best thing at the end, we didn't have to pay anything for our dogs and we each got a welcome box.

"Highly recommended, great campsite - It was our first time at this campsite. We were warmly welcomed and briefed on arrival. Our pitch was big enough and our two dogs had plenty of room to run around in our camper. The site is very quiet. We were woken up early by a woodpecker. (Pure nature) The sanitary facilities were super clean and pleasantly warm even in somewhat uncomfortable temperatures. There is a camper kitchen where you can wash your dishes or cook small meals with the two camping stoves provided. When the weather is nice, you can also wash your dishes outside. There is a daily bread roll service. The site is very well maintained and super clean. Everything is there. WLAN is available free of charge, which is important as there is hardly any telephone reception. We really liked it. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the team.

"beautiful campsite - A really nice clean campsite, very friendly staff. We hiked and climbed a lot, it was our fourth time there and we'd love to come back again, but next time later and not when it's over 30 degrees. thanks keep it up :)

Directions: From the A4 (exit Burkau), head towards Bischofswerda/Neustadt. In Rammenau, take the expressway to Neustadt. At the first roundabout, turn right to Hohnstein, then left at the lights, then right again. Follow the S156, at the Hohnstein/Sebnitz junction turn …right onto S165, then turn left twice towards Bad Schandau. Follow the campsite signs. Approx. 30 km from the A4 exit.
