Camping in the Heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes At the foot of Europe's largest volcanic complex, you’ll find Camping Pierre et Sources Onlycamp, located in the Puy-de-Dôme department in the middle of the Auvergne. Here, in the charming town of …Volvic – yes, the one famous for its mineral water – you can enjoy a relaxing camping holiday. The town’s springs and impressive caves are within walking distance. And thanks to the direct location on the D986, the campsite is also ideal for a quick stopover on your journey. Pick Your Spot with a View Most pitches are reserved for holiday campers like you – there are only a few long-term pitches. The gently sloping terrain is arranged in flat terraces. From many spots, you’ll enjoy amazing views of the surrounding mountains and Tournoël Castle. If you’re sensitive to road noise, go for a pitch on the left side of the site, with the reception building behind you – it’s quieter there. Looking for more comfort? You’ll also find cosy accommodation options, from modern chalets to fully equipped safari tents. Time to Cool Off Summer can get quite hot in inland France – so it’s great that since 2024, the campsite has offered a swimming pool to help you cool off. Whether you take a morning dip or unwind after a day of exploring, a splash in the pool is always refreshing. And if you're not planning a day trip, there’s still plenty to do on site – beach volleyball, playgrounds, table tennis, or indoor fun like foosball and board games in the lounge on rainy days.
