Tent meadow directly on the lake
The tent meadow is located directly on the lake with no shade. The pitches are small.
The restaurant is also very popular with locals, which is hardly surprising given the view of the lake. Sometimes there are more restaurant guests than campers.

Beautiful location
I come here again and again because the energy is very special. The place is small and nice and beautiful!
The resto is in a great location and furnished, the crowd a bit "chichi" sometimes...prices high, eating there every day too expensive for me😉.
The sanitary facilities are not so suitable for the... rental price, depending on the weather cold and unfriendly. But I heard that a renovation was planned. But water is heated with solar power geheizt👌🏼
Washing is quite expensive.

Camping directly on the lake, watch out for the access road
The site is right on the lake, mainly for permanent campers. There are 9 pitches and several tent pitches for other visitors. Buvette offers simple food, but good. Romantic sunsets guaranteed! ATTENTION when approaching: Some navigation devices direct guests after the highway traffic circle to a road that leads to an underpass only 2.2 m high. With a motorhome or caravan, you will have to back up and turn around. Greetings from the clutch!

Small campsite
We received a polite welcome. The staff are uncomplicated and helpful. There are only 8 pitches for caravans or motorhomes. Rather simple but clean site. The train station is 10 to 15 minutes away. The walking distance to Murten is 30 minutes.

The CP is beautifully situated on Lake Murten, you can walk along the lake, in 20 minutes you are in Murten, on the CP you eat very well: Egli from Lake Murten, homemade pizzas, a good sausage salad, very good French fries, etc. The sanitary facilities are cleaned and cleaned up to 6 times a day.The... showers have been new for 2 years and for three years we have spent 8 weeks every year on the campsite and it is beautiful on Lake Murten and it is centrally located for excursions, Emmental, Neuchâtel, Jura, even with a dog you are welcome; -)))

CP is very nice, located directly on the lake. However, the location of the few pitches leaves a lot to be desired. This campsite caters mainly for permanent campers. Ideally located for visiting the beautiful little town of Murten (approx. 20 min. walk along Lake Murten).
