Cool thought, if everything was still on top
Our second attempt to do something good for the Camping-Car-Park consortium. We quickly left Verdun again, this site made a more positive impression. Unfortunately only because of the ratings and the view in front of the barrier. So we went up without further ado, moved into a pitch, but it was so crooked... that we took a pitch with a less beautiful view. Most of the pitches are not particularly level and the rest is not particularly inviting either. The "new sanitary building" which is advertised in various publications is probably my age, I'm approaching 60. I would only shower here if I could get paid for it, but we're not talking single figures here. So, the idea of the app is cool, especially in view of the reservation of a pitch and the uncomplicated handling, but the pitches we have seen so far, well, quite ok for one night, especially as they don't charge utopian prices. I'm enthusiastic about the idea here, but shocked by the offer. And remember, motorhome drivers say hello to each other.

Simple and good!
We only stayed overnight, but were very impressed by this simple but beautifully situated site above the town, right next to the citadel. The sanitary facilities were simple but clean, payment was uncomplicated the next morning, free choice of pitch. Friendly staff.

Beautifully situated in the immediate vicinity of the citadel, great view, clean and well-kept, sanitary facilities simple but perfectly adequate, only showers too hot. spacious pitches, free choice of pitches, no barrier at the entrance, reception friendly, only there by the hour, price 2 pers. & caravan without electricity 8,- €).
