WE WERE HERE FOR THE REGIONAL YOUTH EVENT HELD IN NEUVIC. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY—THE PHONE COMMUNICATION WAS FLAWLESS, AND THE ORGANIZER WAS VERY ATTENTIVE.

THE ONLY AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT IS CLEANING IN THE MOBILE HOMES

A beautiful, serene, and peaceful setting

We were made to feel very welcome; the campground is shaded, the sites are comfortable, and the restrooms are clean. THANK YOU to the whole team—we’ll be happy to come back 😉

The quality of the various services offered (the restrooms are subpar in terms of facilities and cleanliness; the pool and the pétanque court are in need of an overhaul)

The Environment

General lack of maintenance... Dilapidated and dirty restrooms, unkempt green spaces (flower pots with old, wilted flowers that have likely been there for years), and staff who don’t know their way around the campground and offer pitches that are already occupied. Reception opened 45 minutes late because the keys were lost... In short, it’s a real shame because the place is actually quite nice.

The overall maintenance of the campground is pretty average. The pool is completely out of service and neglected; the areas around the restrooms are cleared with a brush cutter but aren’t swept, so the restrooms are full of weeds and aren’t very clean—sometimes even clogged. There is little privacy on the campsites because the hedges are sparse and poorly maintained. It’s a shame because this campground has real potential but would require more thorough upkeep.

The park is beautifully landscaped with trees, making it a very pleasant place.

It's too bad that the playground had a broken board on the slide. Safety-wise, it's so-so. And there are brambles near the restrooms.

A little renovation work on the exterior of the reception area.

The hot tub is definitely the highlight of this place. I’m thrilled to be back for the second time! The terrace is gorgeous, and the curtains really add to the privacy. It’s really nice.

I came back a second time, and it was a disaster. When I arrived, there were about 20 bedbugs, and even a spiderweb in the fridge.On top of that, there was no toilet paper—absolutely nothing—even though during my first stay there was a welcome box with cleaning supplies, a sponge, two rolls of toilet paper, coffee, and tea. I called to report it: I was told there was nothing. They eventually gave me a roll of toilet paper and dish soap, but no sponge! After I insisted, they finally gave me a measly sponge.

Close to the water, which muffles the church bells a bit. The church bells ring on the hour and two minutes later!!!

Please provide updates even outside of peak season. If a restaurant, snack bar, or food truck is closed, please indicate this on the website.

The location and the welcome

Almost everything. The restrooms are very outdated and unsanitary, with no lighting. Campground pitch-black. Unusable. No maintenance; they used a gas-powered lawn mower for two days because the thing kept breaking down; grass over a month long. Swimming pool dark green and a sad sight, etc. Golf course overgrown. Website misleading, shows glory days from years ago. The municipality has sold the municipal campground. If we weren’t self-sufficient, we would have left the very next day.

We had a nice meal at a small kebab place in the village.

Everything needs to be fixed; nothing has been done about it for years. 100% overdue maintenance.
