The campsite is very centrally located. There are public buses to Colmar to visit the city. It's not far by bike to Munster, Equisheim, Ribeauville, Riquewiher and Kaysersberg. The market on Friday is not to be missed. The tour every evening with the night watchman at 10 pm is also great, even if you don't speak French. The campsite is clean and tidy. The people are very nice.
Negativ
There is wine tasting, it would be nice if there were tarte flambée evenings from time to time.
Super central
This is the 4th time we have stayed here and we would love to come back. The sanitary facilities are very clean.

It is a very quiet, clean site. You can choose dog-free areas. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
Negativ
Unfortunately there is no restaurant on site. The bathroom area is in need of renovation. You need a lot of patience in the shower, as the water only fell on your body with a thin stream and constant pressing of the shower head.
Rating
The campsite is very centrally located in Turckheim. You can reach everything in the town on foot. There is a great market once a week. Great hikes or bike tours are possible from the campsite.

Good location to the excursion destinations. Friendly and helpful staff. Large pitches.
Negativ
No shopping facilities, no gastronomy
Quiet location on the edge of the village. Central location
The location of the CP in the Münstertal is ideal.
The Route des Cretes and the Ferme Auberges are not far away. Good opportunities for cycling.

We needed the help of the staff due to illness. This was no problem, even after work.
W-LAN weak. Can't do more than download emails.

There are pitches with water connection on site.

Unfriendly reception
Before my arrival, I was informed by the campsite that pitches were regularly becoming available. Two days later at 11.00 a.m. in the reception a lady filled out the registration form. After I pointed out that we didn't need electricity, she frowned and tried to send me to another campsite in Münstertal.... Me: "We don't want that, proximity to the city is important because my wife has walking problems. No problem, then we'll just take a pitch with electricity. " She then called her boss. She said: "We don't have any pitches available. With or without electricity". When I asked her what it would be like tomorrow, she replied: "There won't be anything free". Me: "You told me on the phone that there are always vacancies". She: "Not with this nice weather" (but when we spoke on the phone two days earlier, we already knew about this period of good weather). After a few hours I checked the campsite's homepage: Several !!! pitches were free from tomorrow (by the way, about 20-30% were not occupied when we visited). We have been camping regularly for 50 years and have never experienced such contradictions coupled with absolute unfriendliness. We see ourselves as respectable average middle-class people and are not unkempt or arrogant.
It's an absolute no-go to deal with customers in this way.
The advantage of this annoying episode: we then got a super great place in Kaysersberg.

OBS Skulle ifølge kontrakt have betalt 100 euro.

Super campsite with a fantastic location.
Pros:
- unbeatable location: 5 minutes' walk to enchanting Turckheim with all the essential shopping facilities (bakery, butcher, very well-stocked Spar / Casino market); great hiking and cycling opportunities directly from the site; ideal location for exploring Alsace and the Vosges; all sights can... be reached quickly
- Very large and level pitches almost throughout, parceled out
- Rather smaller site, which makes for less hustle and bustle overall
- Spacious sanitary area (especially important in Covid times); always clean and well maintained
- Very friendly and helpful reception
- Very caravan-friendly access

Neutral:
- many pitches with little shade; what is great in spring and fall can be unpleasant in summer in the then very hot Alsace (tip: a tarp is then worth its weight in gold); but ultimately a matter of taste and tradable
- Pitches have a large gravel surface, which I personally think is great as there are no muddy feet. Conversely, the maintenance of the surrounding lawn is naturally difficult; this means that grasses and other herbs sometimes grow a little higher than expected, but this is not a sign of a lack of care
- Very limited leisure opportunities on the pitch (but also ensures more peace and quiet)

Negative:
- I can't think of anything that is really negative...

Conclusion: the site is ideal for campers who don't have high demands on leisure facilities and know how to spend their time with themselves and want to explore and enjoy the surroundings. I would not choose this site for a vacation with small children.

Very nice small campsite
We stayed at this beautiful campsite over the Whitsun weekend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the site was full, the sanitary facilities were always clean as they were cleaned several times a day. The bread roll service was already offered in June, not just in July and August as mentioned... in the comments. Otherwise there are 2 bakeries in the village, one of which is about 5-6 minutes walk from the campsite. We did not find any disadvantages. We really enjoyed our stay and it certainly wasn't the last time we stayed here.

Nice place right next to the beautiful old town of Turckheim
Beautiful campsite just outside the old town of Turckheim. Pitches parceled out and large enough. Great cycle paths right next to the campsite. Colmar (6km) and Munster (15km) are easy to reach by bike. Good and reasonably priced restaurants in Turckheim. Lots of stork nests around the campsite. The... storks are not afraid of people and sometimes march across the site. Modern and well-maintained sanitary facilities. Shopping facilities directly in the village.

Nice centrally located campsite
Ideal as a starting point for Colmar, Alsace, Vosges. In the middle of the town of Turkheim, road on the right, railroad on the left, and yet surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Especially for hikers and cyclists. Special highlight: the storks that stroll across the square!

Nice, clean place
We were there in the week after Easter, luckily we had booked in advance as it was well booked. The location is very close to the city, so of course it's not absolutely quiet. You can get to the town quickly by bike and Colmar is also easy to reach. Overall, the site made a clean, well-kept impression, and I would be happy to stay here again for a few days. W-Lan was offered free of charge, but we had no reception on our pitch.

Nice place (also for longer!)
We received a very warm welcome despite the lunch break. The sanitary facilities seem relatively new and were always clean. The proximity to the old town (within 5-10 minutes you can reach 2 bakeries, 1 butcher and about 10 restaurants) makes up for the lack of amenities on site. Although the site is... close to a train station and an industrial plant, we didn't feel bothered by this. We left a day earlier than we had booked and ONLY paid for a late departure. Thanks again for that. At some other places you pay as booked.

The reception and staff at the campsite are super nice. They are extremely helpful and no request is too much for them! The sanitary facilities are clean and are cleaned several times a day. The pitches are large and separated by hedges. It's nice to see the storks in the evening.

Relaxed short vacation
We spent a lovely short vacation here with our tent and two dogs. The particularly clean and good sanitary facilities are very new and the well-kept grounds are inviting. This justifies the somewhat high price. The site is just a short walk from hiking trails and the town of Turckheim. There you can... find bakeries and supermarkets within walking distance. Various restaurants offer different dishes. The campsite itself does not offer catering. We will come back for a short vacation.
