The staff was, for the most part, very friendly and very flexible when it came to language—they always made an effort to communicate. They took a lot of time to explain everything to me.
Negativ
Contrary to the description on camping.info, there are no indoor play areas and no children’s activities. That was actually one of the main reasons we booked here. :-( My daughter (almost 9 years old) was denied access to the washroom by the staff, even though she is perfectly capable of washing up and brushing her teeth without me being there. The bread roll service is a bit overpriced: they aren’t fresh rolls from the bakery, but pre-baked rolls that the staff then bake themselves. My daughter’s comment: “But they’re so hard...”
There's still some room for improvement, and some of the descriptions are incorrect.
The campsite is level and clean, with electricity and water nearby (but not right at the campsite). Wi-Fi reception is good, but it cuts out during peak hours (though that shouldn't be the main focus on vacation).

Nice, clean restrooms, but the spaces are too cramped, making noise from neighbors unavoidable. I had some very rough nights and early mornings. No privacy at your own site.

I got bitten by a tick during my stay, so I'm on antibiotics. A warning sign at the campground or near the showers so people can check themselves after a walk...I realize that by saying this, I’m not placing any blame on the campground. It was just bad luck, but this is just a precaution.

Super place, much has been renovated, great with dogs and also children
We stayed here for a few days and were very pleasantly surprised. The new sanitary facilities are great. All information about the site and e.g. an online bread roll ordering service is available in the app. Very friendly staff. The dogs were welcome and could swim in the river and there are lots of... great hiking trails from the campsite. There are no big cities nearby. But if you're looking for nature, you can let off steam in Luxembourg and the Eifel. We'll be back again very often.

Beautiful location, clean, quiet, lots on offer for children

Long power and wifi outages, extra costs for wifi, pitch reservation (although only one pitch free, must be reserved) very high. No sign of compensation for services not rendered. Only one waste disposal station.
Start-up difficulties and expensive additional services
The Paltz is in a very nice location and is quiet. Unfortunately, there is only one disposal, which gets very tight when there is a lot of traffic. Apparently the operators have changed and the power supply and wifi were more gone than there. We find it borderline to charge €9.00 for a day of fast wifi... that doesn't work. Charging extra for 16 A is normal, but then it has to work. With a free place at the river you had to make the reservation (25,00€) anyway. Unfortunately, you get the feeling that a lot of money is to be generated quickly with minimal effort. Even when asked, they didn't want to be persuaded to refund anything, as the booked service was not provided in full, which we found very unfortunate. We and the children felt very comfortable on the campsite. There are lots of activities for children. You can go for long walks with your dog.

Beautiful campsite on the Our
We were here in September in very nice weather. We received a very friendly welcome and everything important was explained in detail. The new sanitary building in the middle of the campsite is very well equipped. The campsite makes a very well-kept impression. There are hedges planted between the individual... pitches so that a site boundary can be recognized. The restaurant was very good, but quite expensive. What the heck, you're on vacation. The country road behind the campsite didn't bother us too much as we were out and about a lot during the day.

Many pitches directly on the Our, some hiking opportunities from the site. Ideal with a dog. No fences and barrier closes at midday. Delicious lunchtime snacks in the restaurant. Beautiful terrace/beer garden next to the restaurant.

Beautifully situated on the border river. 99% Dutch and Belgian guests. Children's entertainment and restaurant are said to be good, but we didn't use them. We did use the river, where you can float on an air mattress. 50% of all pitches are by the river. The sanitary facilities were unfortunately not clean, even after daily cleaning! The disinfectant dispensers in the toilets were not refilled for days. Otherwise pure relaxation!

The campsite with its gourmet restaurant is located directly on the border river with Germany. Recommended in summer. Conclusion: Luxembourg C-pitches are clean and well equipped.
