- 5.0KHKerstin H.maj 20265.0KHKerstin H.maj 2026PositiveReception: Very friendly Cleanliness: Top-notch (restrooms, showers, and outdoor areas) Quiet Away from the hustle and bustle Very close to natureNegativAt night, we occasionally heard noises coming from the coast across the way, but it didn't bother us. Unfortunately, there is no tourist information available at the front desk, but you can find it in Umag. The first time in 2025, the second time in 2026, and now every yearThank you for the pleasant vacation at the campground.
It was our first camping vacation at a nudist campground—a wonderful experience.
There are several places on the grounds where you can eat, including a restaurant.
We recommend them all.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første! - 5.0NWNicole W.august 20255.0NWNicole W.august 2025PositiveGreat location, right by the sea. I stayed with my husband for a week and we will definitely be back Thank you & keep up the good workNegativFor us there are only positive things to report You can also find mistakes where there are no mistakes and thus spoil the best time of the yearA beautiful, quiet campsiteDear Team Camping Kanegra
We stayed with you for a week last week & it was wonderful !!!!!!
We didn't have a dog and were directly on the dog beach, opposite the restaurant
It's admirable how everyone keeps their dogs on a leash 🐕 and how relaxed and friendly even the long-time campers are.
It's just a small, fine campsite and right by the sea 🌊
Keep up the good work🍀☘️🍀☘️
We will certainly be back

Very leisurely and relaxed in mid-September. Despite arriving spontaneously, I was able to choose from around a dozen free pitches. It's ideal to have a bike or scooter with you. Because the campsite faces N/NE, the sun shines from... behind, which is rather unfavorable due to the nearby hill. Especially in late summer and early fall, it disappears behind the hill quite early. The campsite is well signposted, the 2 wash houses were always clean (except for some accident marks on the toilet seat, which were not due to the campsite), even if they were a bit cramped. There was always hot water. The beaches are paved with gravel, bathing shoes are recommended. Even in the low season, the beach fills up relatively quickly, as many people also come from the apartments in the complex. The store was already partly empty - economically understandable due to the imminent end of the season - but the essentials were available. Even if some items were very expensive. The campsite is very dog-friendly and there is also a dog beach. There are 2 restaurants on site, the prices are about the Croatian average in gastronomy. What I ate was fine, the service was nice and quick. The pitches, both sunny and shady, are pleasantly sized but offer little privacy as they are not separated by hedges. There are plenty of electricity and water points, and practically everyone has one next to them. The lighting on the campsite is very discreet and pleasant. One thing that really bothered me, however, was the nightly sound reinforcement in the form of bass from the Slovenian side. Even into the early hours of the morning... a restful sleep was not possible. All in all, I was very satisfied, for a shorter stay it is definitely recommendable, but the nightly music is very disturbing in the long run.Automatisk oversat.2 campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.
- 3.0CAclaudio a.august 20233.0CAclaudio a.august 2023PositiveLocation, the sea, the complex is basically well maintained except for the dogs and their poop. The cleaning staff are extremely hard-working and are to be commended.NegativToo many dogs. It has already become a dog camping site. Security does not control this. Reception can hardly be reached by phone if you need anything or if something should happen.Wonderful location but many shortcomingsHas become a dog camping site. Yappy dogs, dogs urinate and poop on the pitch for which you pay a lot of money, especially in the front row. Dog owners are inconsiderate. The dogs also urinate on the sunbathing lawns where children then play or you lie on them with a blanket. Most unappetizing.
Too loud... at night due to the open air disco on the opposite side of the bay from 23.00 to often 5.00 in the morning. Recently there has also been a disco at the campsite in summer. You think you are sleeping next to the box, but you can't think about sleeping.
Workers drive through the site every morning with single-cylinder engines (tractors) to do work.
There are no price lists. Information was that when it is busy it is more expensive and when it is not busy it is cheaper.
If you want to see something in the area as a single person and therefore sleep somewhere else for a few nights, you will be charged for a second person. Although you continue to pay for the place anyway. Argument: you could rent the pitch to 2 people during this time. That lacks any logic. This should be checked from a legal and EU perspective.Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. - 5.0RSReinhard S.juni 20235.0RSReinhard S.juni 2023PositiveAS ALWAYSNegativNot the desired place this timeVacation 2023Very quiet, beautiful as always

- 5.0PWPeter W.juni 20205.0PWPeter W.juni 2020Positivevery clean, at least in June rather quietNegativSome dog owners do not follow the rules, no village within walking distance, probably little sun from mid-August, disco noise from PortorozSmall and relaxedLong site on the south side of the Bay of Piran. Sufficiently large pitches, all not far from the beach, some with little shade. Well-maintained and absolutely clean sanitary facilities. You can hear the Portoroz disco at night. Showers and barbecue areas on the beach. Very good restaurant "Natura". There are only a few fresh products in the supermarket in June. The attitude towards nudism is fairly relaxed.Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.
- 4.0BOBo O.september 20194.0BOBo O.september 2019PositiveSuper clean sanitary facilitiesNegativPartly little shade as trees still small Supermarket poorly stocked and expensive Place off the beaten trackNice place partly still little shade beach in the high season certainly too smallWe were at the end of the season at the end of September on the square in the supermarket half of the shelves were empty and only open in the morning Snack ok price but the quality varies a lot. Typical Croatian beach without loungers or cushions not usable there are only a few sun loungers for a fee... Cleanliness especially sanitary facilities sensational we have not met better anywhere in Istria Unfortunately also on this place dog owners who show zero consideration for the rest of the world because permanent campers unfortunately nobody says anything ... But all in all a nice relaxing three days we will be backAutomatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.

The site is very nicely located and the pitches (second row) are large enough. The sanitary facilities were cleaned several times a day and the general cleanliness of the site was ok. Loud music, yes it was audible, didn't bother us too much. The food in the individual restaurants can be recommended. On the whole, we will be back in 2019 and have already booked.Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.
- 1.0GBGabi B.august 20181.0GBGabi B.august 2018PositiveQuiet during the dayNegativtoo loud at night due to open-air disco on the opposite side of the bayDisco noise very loud 6 nights a week 11pm-5:30amThe campsite itself is quiet and beautifully laid out. Despite earplugs, a quiet night was unfortunately out of the question. The bass from the open-air disco on the other side of the bay (Slovenia) is so penetrating that nobody can actually sleep through the night. The positive reviews are incomprehensible... to me, unless this disco had just closed. We found out from other users that the disco is currently open about 6 nights a week. It was also too loud for caravan users. As the campsite "doesn't want to go to war with Slovenia" (quote from an employee), we were allowed to leave straight away despite having a longer reservation, thank you very much for that.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. (Doors and facilities already defective for several years)Actually nice place but little restWe are currently at the Kanegra campsite. Today we were woken up at 7:00 a.m. by the garbage collection and a little later by the beach cleaning crew with an old single-cylinder engine. At lunchtime, metal posts were attached to a concrete wall next to our pitch with a hammer drill. I wondered if that wasn't work for the winter months.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første!
- 2.0BABarbara A.juni 20182.0BABarbara A.juni 2018PositiveBetter elsewhereNegativNot even a salad to buy, far from the beaten track, unfriendly to guestsOnce and never again Camping KanegraIt's our first time here and certainly our last. Not only do you have to pay close attention to the little brown stones on the pitches that serve as boundaries, but if you are a few centimetres above them you have to dismantle your entire superstructure. There is actually extra control here. A wind deflector... may not be erected here on the grounds that nobody else has one and the boss is a bit crazy according to the employee who delivered the friendly message that if we don't dismantle it we will have to leave the pitch tomorrow. It should be noted that the wind deflector is on our rented pitch, not a centimeter outside, does not disturb or hinder anyone. Hospitality definitely looks different. We will NOT be back.Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.
- 5.0MPMartin P.september 20175.0MPMartin P.september 2017Positive+ small, manageable campsite + clean + friendly staff + not so expensiveNegativ- No disadvantagesSmall but nice campsite with a good price-performance ratioWe stayed in Kanegra with our motorhome for 2 weeks in September 2017 and felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities are quite new and absolutely clean, the infrastructure on the pitch is excellent (electricity, water, waste water). You are very close to the sea and can enjoy the clear water for... swimming. However, you need bathing shoes because of the gravel subsoil. The campsite is small and informal. There is some noise at the weekend from a disco in Portoroz and from a nearby sports airfield (but the campsite cannot be held responsible for this). Cycling tours to Umag (nearest town) or Piran in Slovenia are possible. However, it is mountainous. The signposted cycle routes in this area are gravel paths and not easy to cycle on.Automatisk oversat.2 campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.

This year we say that customer complaints are not taken care of. The cistern in the disabled toilet and the hair dryer have been defective for about 4 weeks. No action from the installers. The restaurant on the terrace has a greatly reduced selection of dishes this year, but the prices have risen a lot. As in previous years, the taste was average.Automatisk oversat.2 campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.
