Swimming lake with water slide, beautiful and old, but repaired and shady playgrounds, mini golf, indoor riding arena, bouncy cushion, forest, grocer's store, soccer pitch, tractor rides, children's club and quiet location near Heidepark, games museum, Soltautherme and Center Parcs Bispingen... Events here and there, such as maypole erection, but never too crowded and rarely too loud. Price is great, for permanent campers, day and overnight guests, showers and washing machine. Service staff rather nice.
Negativ
All washhouses are a horror. Stale, 100% humidity, windows can't be opened, there is no ventilation. I feel extremely uncomfortable when pooping, showering and washing. Shaving is hardly possible because the mirror constantly fogs up. Unfortunately, bookshops (exchange shelves) are prohibited in washrooms.
Everything cool, except plumbing
A beautiful, child-friendly site with many excursion destinations nearby. Unfortunately, no feel-good atmosphere in the sanitary facilities.

The pitch is very conveniently divided into sections. Very nicely landscaped. There are sunny and shady spots. The individual pitches are very large. The small bathing lake with sandy beach is very nice.
Negativ
Noise from the nearby highway and military training area very disturbing. Opening hours of the kiosk far too short, very limited range. Reception hours far too short. playgrounds nice, but clearly in need of renovation.
Overall a nice, aging campsite
Overall a nice campsite. Sanitary facilities older, but clean and sufficient. No real shopping facilities on site. Opening hours of the reception clearly too short and only cash payment possible. Very simple restaurant with only a very small menu; doesn't really invite you to linger.

Nature and bathing lake
Negativ
Loud, highway and also on the square a lot of car traffic, often much too fast, no compliance with the midday and night rest, no control, dirty paramedics and a lot of garbage on the square, here and there a repair or cleaning would be urgently appropriate
Doesn't have to be again, there are nicer places
The place is getting on in years, unfortunately not clean and there is no control. Corona rules don't matter here either, everyone does their own, too bad

Welcome to the 80s
Area characterized by permanent campers. Pitches for tourists in the front area. The whole site and the procedures are no longer up to date. Tolerable for two nights, but we didn't want to spend a summer vacation here.

The location in the forest and the offer for children

There was only one men's toilet at Camp E.
Very beautifully situated campsite
The campsite is very idyllically situated in the forest and very spacious.
The staff were also very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.
The small swimming lake is very nice (even though we didn't use it).
It's not a luxury campsite, but the value for money is good

Large meadow where you can stand however you like.
Negativ
Hygiene of the toilets
Overnight stay that's enough
We ended up at this place by chance.
As our kids really wanted to go to the Heidepark, we headed for this site on our way back from the Baltic Sea.
We stood on the camping field with several caravans.

Space without end.

The toilets at the tent meadow were so filthy and stank more than any train station toilet.
This was remedied to some extent after we complained.
Especially because of Corona, the site operators should keep an eye on this.

Everything on site, easily accessible, swimming lake, kiosk, easily accessible sanitary facilities, friendly staff, fantastically laid out....
Negativ
I can't find any.
Great place, we will be back
The site appealed to us because of its location. It's about 3km away, but it's still quiet and relaxed. The Heidepark, the tank museum, attractions around Bispingen and the heath itself are only a few minutes away by car.
The site itself has everything you could wish for, from a kiosk and swimming lake... to a tennis court and riding facilities.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are a little older, but clean and everything works. Hot water is available around the clock, showers cost 50 cents for 9 minutes. There are many sanitary blocks, we can only report on the ones at Camp E.
There are lots of trees here, which means everything is available from sun to shade.
On the map, the site is huge, but it is well divided, vacation and permanent campers are well separated.

Freeway as background noise
Quiet place, central to many leisure facilities
We've been to this campsite for a weekend twice now. Arriving around 8pm was no problem as someone lives above reception and let us onto the pitch! Super service! Spacious pitches in the tourist area with electricity and water. Because of tall trees you have to watch where you stand if you want to watch... TV. Sanitary facilities were always clean. You can hear the highway, but it didn't bother us. You can order bread rolls in advance in the evening, showers cost 50 cents. Nice playgrounds for children. The Heidepark is 15 minutes away.

Sanitary facilities
Once and never again
The sanitary facilities are underground and unacceptable! There is an unpleasant smell in the air that makes you hold your breath every time you enter the bathroom. We had a hard time washing our hair in the baby bathroom above the sink, as the other bathroom was too disgusting for us. When we entered... the baby bathroom the next day, it had not been cleaned and the same dirt from the previous day was still in the toilet and shower. The "great" lake is anything but tempting, I would never set foot in it! And it's not really a lake either, as it's much more like a large pond. OK for one night, but next time we'll choose a different campsite to spend the night.

Feel like in southern Sweden
Negativ
Sanitary building at the upper tent meadows was not so great, so you may have to walk a few meters more to shower.
Scandinavia in Germany
We made a stopover here on our return from the Baltic Sea. The campsite is reminiscent of free standing in Sweden. Situated in the middle of the forest with large meadows where there was a free choice of pitches. The children loved the lake with its water slide. We could have stayed here a little longer.... The proximity to Soltau and the Heidepark also offers good leisure activities. The price was also very reasonable. We didn't like the sanitary building on the upper "tent meadows", but there is a sanitary building halfway to the lake that was sufficient for our needs.

Well located in terms of transportation Beautiful lake Idyllic wooded area Large selection of leisure activities Good price/performance ratio
Negativ
The dirty sanitary buildings Sinks mostly only outside Poor satellite reception due to the tall trees Dilapidated playground equipment
We were torn between the two.
In the short time of 4 days we explored the site here. Great price/performance ratio, quiet location (sometimes you can hear the muffled noise of the highway), nice new parent boxes with fresh water connection on the pitches, large playground (partly very worn), etc.. Until then we were still positive,... BUT after looking at 4 wash houses on the site (from new to the smelly old contailer's hut with wooden cladding) everything was there. Most noticeable were the dirty toilets shortly after cleaning. However, this was mainly due to the users (often not flushed for long or not at all) and the partly old and therefore dilapidated equipment. In addition, there were no towel hooks at the washbasins and soap and paper towels in the toilets (a mirror was also not always available, but this is not absolutely necessary). The campsite is in such a great location and feels like it's in the middle of a forest. There are countless activities for the children on site and many attractions are easily accessible even in bad weather. However, you can tell that it takes a lot of work to keep such a large site in good shape, so there are a few things here and there that are getting on in years and therefore in need of improvement. With the exception of the washroom/toilet block, we felt comfortable here. Whether we will come here again in the low season is still an open question, we recommend you take a look for yourself without having too high expectations. The operators were always friendly and helpful.

Well-kept campsite where the price-performance ratio is right!!!
Nice campsite with a short distance from the highway. We felt comfortable as guests. The sanitary facilities are a bit older but well maintained and clean. Our children particularly enjoyed the swimming pond with the sandy beach. As a highlight, we were able to watch the annual Whitsun fireworks from up close.

The ? been to the campsite again
Friendly staff, pure relaxation with very good air, very well maintained sanitary facilities...the washing machines need a little repair! Particularly pleased with the new store for shopping on the site. Children are welcome! Expansion to small snacks in the future would find positive approval. Continued success 😀

Disappointing self-service market
We were there with the camper van over Easter. The self-service market is very poorly equipped. Bread rolls only available with advance order on Easter Saturday. The other days there was only bread to buy. Neither cheese/sliced meats nor grilled sausages etc. were available. Very big deficiency of the place: Only cash payment possible!!!!!!!

Ideal for excursions
We, 2 adults, child 16, child 7, have been to the campsite several times this year. I have to say, we really liked it there. From here you can reach everything that is worth seeing in the region. E.g. Heide Park, Serengeti Park, bird park etc. We stayed at the various guest camps and the sanitary facilities... were fine. For people who have television reception, that's true, rather difficult. We heard about it from neighbors, but didn't need it ourselves. The lake is not big, but nice for children. There are also lots of play facilities for children and there is even entertainment for children. The food at the campsite is really not that great, but I think this is more due to a lack of demand, as the town of Soltau is not far away and there are plenty of shopping opportunities there. However, you can also get everything you need for breakfast on site. We haven't tested the restaurant at the top of the registration area, it hasn't turned up yet. The ladies at the registration desk are super nice. Many thanks again at this point! We haven't tested the riding stables either, as we own horses ourselves. They are building and renovating, so they are also doing maintenance work, my conclusion: a lovely place! Those who don't like it should camp on luxury pitches!!!

Toilets !!! Sanitary facilities
Bad campsite
The nicest thing about the place is that you can stand in front of the barrier for 24 hours, a so-called Quick Camp for 12 euros with electricity connection but not more !!!! Optimal for the transit. Camping operator unfriendly and sanitary facilities I have not seen worse than in Imbrock. Camping place has stopped in the 50 gier

Pure nature, beautiful paths. Enough peace and quiet to relax.
Negativ
Bad for TV junkies in guest camp "E", hardly any SAT signal, DVB-T also quite modest. But there are more important things than watching TV...
Beautiful CP without "airs and graces"! Simple, beautiful, close to nature!
Very generously laid out pitch with everything that is important... Guest camp "E" unfortunately without sufficient SAT signal due to dense tree population. Towel paper was always stolen and therefore abolished. Always friendly staff. The campsite is conveniently located and has very nice paths that... you can explore on foot or by bike. All shopping facilities available in the town of Soltau. Great place with only, in my opinion, little need for improvement. Been there several times and always happy to come back.
