"Fantastic place in a fantastic location - A great campsite in a direct location, separated only by a road, on Lake Hopfensee. Very spacious pitches, well maintained. It was a bit unusual for us to park the caravan in front of the barrier, because the owner comes with the tractor and places it exactly on the pitch; we haven't seen this before. But of course this means that everything on the lawn is in perfect order and there are no visible traces of digging. Another great service: there is a power cable for each pitch, which is handed to you with a "Welcome" and you just have to plug it in. The sanitary facilities are super clean, something we haven't experienced for a long time. The scullery, laundry room (2 washing machines, 2 dryers for cash and clothes horse) and even the garbage room are also tip-top. The site is at the end of the lakeside promenade and you can walk very nicely along the lake in the direction of all the restaurants. Shopping facilities in Füssen about 5 km away (edeka, Aldi...) There is also plenty on offer for small children: Playground, indoor play area with ball pool, trampoline, table football etc. We didn't use it, but it looked just as well maintained as everything else. Dogs are welcome. You have a view of the Hopfensee and the royal castles from almost every pitch. The reception is open during extensive opening hours, where you can also buy snacks such as ice cream and drinks. A bread roll service is also available there.

"Family K. Stutz visits from 08 to 15.06.2025 - The campsite is really nice and clean and up to date with great views, the surroundings are very beautiful, you have everything nearby that is not directly on site, and we were very satisfied with everything that was provided, the family is very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be back, the fact that the caravan with the tractor is properly parked by the operator and the power cable is already on site so that you don't have to take a cable with you was something new for us, I can really only recommend this campsite 👍🏻

"Family place with great management - An exemplary family-run site. Optimal tractor service for caravans. Situated close to the lake with a fantastic Alpine panorama. Free lido in the immediate immediate vicinity. The pitches are large and with space to the neighbors. As there are two dairy farms nearby nearby, there are many houseflies on the pitch and in the caravans. Made our dog a bit nervous at first. nervous at first. But it wasn't a real problem. Fair price-performance ratio. Uncomplicated, quick booking by email. We were more than satisfied all round and would love to come back!

"great campsite - A well run campsite. Everything was super clean despite full occupancy. Large pitches, where a dog fence was also allowed. Great surroundings, all the tourist highlights nearby. Nothing could be heard from the road.

"We would love to come back!!! - The beautifully laid out pitches make the campsite something special. There's plenty of space and it doesn't feel like mass processing, but like something special. We felt like guests and not just one of hundreds. Many thanks to the operators for the great concept! Each pitch has its own extension cable with CEE plug for the electricity connection. The sanitary facilities are new and were always clean, despite full capacity over Easter. The town center of "Hopfen am See" with restaurants and stores is within walking distance. There are many great cycling and hiking tours directly from the site. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
