Camping Het Hazenpad is a small-scale family campsite where (young) families, couples, and active campers immediately feel at home. Our campsite is beautifully situated in a rural setting in the southwest of Drenthe, right on the border of Ruinerwold and …Meppel. With no fewer than seven nature areas in the immediate vicinity, there is always something to explore. And the best part? Directly behind the campsite, you can step straight onto the cycling and walking network via the junction system. The campsite’s tea house forms a cozy central meeting point where you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea. Located in the heart of the grounds, it serves as a welcoming gathering place, offering delicious cakes and light dishes. While parents and grandparents enjoy a well-deserved break, children can have fun in the playground or entertain themselves with a treasure hunt. In the former barn section of the farmhouse, you will find three Bed & Breakfast rooms, fully equipped with all modern comforts. After an active day outdoors, you can completely unwind here. The friendly atmosphere and green surroundings invite you to truly relax. We are affiliated with organizations such as ACSI and ANWB. Comfort has also been taken into account: the modern sanitary building is spacious, and the camping pitches are equipped with a water point, greywater drainage, and electricity. New this year is the Grillkota next to the tea house, where you can enjoy a cozy barbecue evening with other guests or simply with your own group. Everything is designed for a carefree stay, right in the heart of nature.
