"Good place for sightseeing Tours - The site is easy to reach from the highway, we had booked a larger pitch for our trailer with water/waste water for €41.90, there are only 2 and they are full in the sun, so it wasn't worth it for us, but we were able to switch to a larger pitch without water/waste water under trees. There is a small Intermarche about 1 km away and a great bakery and butcher's shop in the village. Bus to Tours or to a large shopping center directly in front of the campsite. Free WLAN sometimes worked, sometimes not. Sanitary could be a little cleaner, but was o.k., we had on two evenings from about 20.00 clock to 23.00 clock an odor nuisance (fecal stench) from where we could not determine. The swimming pool and large sports field (badminton etc.) should also be mentioned.

"Small and fine. We liked it very much 👍 - It's a shame that we only visit the site for the overnight stay. We are already looking forward to the trip to Euronat in 2022, when we will book our overnight stay for the outward and return journey.

"Stopover - Used for an overnight stay. Very good sanitary facilities, even a small pool. Located near highway and RN. Large supermarket within walking distance. Will certainly visit the site again to explore the Loire castles around Tours.

Camping La Vallée de l'Indre – Your Oasis of Peace and Nature Camping La Vallée de l'Indre is a true paradise, located right on the banks of the Indre. From here, you can enjoy stunning views and experience the natural …beauty of the Loire Valley – a region known as the "Garden of France" for its numerous botanical gardens. Just a few kilometers south of the famous city of Tours, this campsite is the perfect place for a relaxing stay – whether you're alone, with a partner, with friends, or with your family. Charming Pitches The pitches are spacious and partially separated by bushes, offering both sunny and shaded options. The pitch sizes range from 40 m² (perfect for hikers, cyclists, and motorcyclists) to generous 200 m². You can choose between pitches with or without electricity. If you prefer, you can also rent a mobile home with air conditioning, with several options available. Or perhaps you’d like to stay in a chalet or a bungalow tent? Activities on and around the Campsite On-site, you can relax by the heated swimming pool, which is open from mid-June to mid-September. There are also various sports and recreational facilities, including tennis, mini-golf, volleyball, and badminton. For children, there is a playground and a skate park. One of the highlights of the campsite is the dance party held every Sunday afternoon in a large hall. For food lovers, there is a restaurant next to the campsite offering an extensive menu and a lovely terrace with sunshades.
