Camping in a strategic location - not far from the Carajuan Bridge
The site is situated on the gravel banks of the Verdun in a sunny location in the valley; there are pitches with tree shade and full sun. The through road is easy to hear and see at night; as the site is in municipal administration, it is reasonably priced. Castellane (shopping, strolling) is 20 minutes away by car. You can set off directly from the campsite, e.g. to Trigance via the
Pont de Carajuan. We drove on after one night.

Very basic campsite but unbeatable value for money. There is hot water for showers and most of the pitches have electricity. However, you have to drive 12km to Castellane to go shopping. We use the campsite as a base for excursions in all directions. The toilets are clean and are cleaned regularly. The fun swimming area in the cool Verdon is just behind the site. We will be back!
