Burton Hill is a relaxed and friendly campsite. Only 300m from the road, yet quiet and peaceful, surrounded by open countryside. Walk into the mediaeval town of Malmesbury in just 10 minutes - along the river walk. We have showers …and toilets, an information room with many local leaflets and a fridge with freezer. There are many localplaces to visit including Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury, Stonehenge, Longleat, Bowood, Swindon steam museum, SS Great Britain and much more besides. Access is from the M4 j 17; drive 10 miles on the A249, 10 minutes north from the motorway. At Malmesbury turn into Arches Lane by the 30/40 mph speed limit sign.
