Approx. 5 min walk to the bus station,... 2 stops to Venice train station, where you can board a vaporetto (public transport) directly and travel through the Grand Canal to St. Mark's Square. Recommendation: day ticket for 25 euros. Single cubicles, large showers. Washing machine 5 euros and powder 1 euro. Wifi for a fee, only works to a limited extent. Apart from the fact that the route to the actual sights is really very easy to reach by bus or car, that's about it. If you are not traveling with a motorhome, the campsite is not really the best for tents. Who wants to pitch their tent on a gravel site where I can barely get a peg into the ground... without a hammer? A constant coming and going of motorhomes, accompanied by the annoying crunching of tires on the gravel. Waste disposal ... - Containers for this are hand-picked and have to be found first, obviously others have seen this too - as evidenced by the cigarette butts between the gravel ... even in places where you actually want to pitch your tent. So for me it is clear that of all the campsites I have visited with a tent in Italy, this one is the least suitable for camping with a tent.
