We felt right at home from the very first moment. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
We were especially thrilled by how dog-friendly the campground is. 🐾 Our dog and I went swimming... together in the gorgeous lake—the water could have been a few degrees warmer for my taste 😉, but surrounded by this beautiful Swedish nature, it was still a very special experience. 🇸🇪❤️
The location right on the water, the tranquility, and the stunning surroundings really make this place something special. For us, it’s one of those places you love to look back on after your vacation.

Check-in and check-out were very easy (which was very important to us as camping beginners).
Beautiful beach area with boat rentals and a swimming area. There’s also a separate dog beach, which I think is great even though we don’t... have a dog. There’s also a large outdoor enclosure where dogs can run and play freely.
We ordered the breakfast bag, which was brought to our site in the morning. It was a shame that it contained exactly the same items both days—I’d prefer a little more variety.

We always feel very comfortable here and the staff is very helpful. Of course we always visit the Astrid Lindgrens Wörld and Astrid Lindgrens Näs every time we are here. The familiar feeling you get as soon as you turn off the main road means that all the worries you have just run off you.
