Bönigen is a small idyllic holiday and spa town at the edge of Lake Brienz. Not only its situation by the lake and its particularly mild climate are fantastic, but … also the old part of the village with its wooden houses with their traditional carvings and the alleys is unique. Bönigen is the ideal poit of departure for all the region of the Jungfrau and also for the eastern Berner Oberland with the Brienzer Rothorn. Bönigen offers beautiful walks, excursions by boat and bicycle and mountain bike tours. Directly next to the campsite you will find one of most beautiful swimming pools in the region, in border of the lake with a heated section.
