After a long, long drive to Bergen on the recommended tourist route, we FINALLY found a campsite. BUT: an extremely wet and steep site with an almost unbelievably dense occupancy. There are permanent campers here and you wonder "why". Miserable sanitary facilities, a discreet plastic curtain to slide... back and forth - but for 5 women at the same time! Shower heads from the 70s, you have to run after the drops of water. The paths to the pitches are narrow and steep. Only the view is nice. But that's about it. Very, very unattractive! No wonder there are so few parking spaces on the road towards the mountains, where campers stand and spend the night wildly. But very nice reception, small store.
