"A very quiet, well-kept, small campsite in beautiful Sneek - We stayed here for 4 days in mid-June 2019. The reception was very friendly and German-speaking. Some of the pitches are of different sizes and therefore offer enough space for every caravan or motorhome, even for the awning and your own car. There is no bread roll service, but there are two large supermarkets and other stores within walking distance where you can easily get your daily needs. The sanitary facilities are functional and rather basic. The shower cubicles are also standard; with the well-known "wet splash factor" of the whole cubicle when showering. Nevertheless, both the toilets and the showers were clean at all times. As the campsite is located right next to a small marina, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the water directly from the campsite or hire a boat from one of the many rental stations in the area and then head out onto the Eisselmeer. Alternatively, the beautiful town of Sneek is ideal for a long stroll through the old streets and a visit to the many small stores. In the evening, you can either eat in one of the many restaurants in Sneek or in the "Kajüt" restaurant. This is located directly at the parking lot in front of the campsite, has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and is also very, very popular with the locals during the week. You should therefore always book a table at "Kajüt" in advance. All in all, we can recommend the campsite and the town of Sneek for a visit.

"Very good marina in top location - Spacious, quiet moorings. Very friendly harbour master, sanitary facilities and showers in top condition and very clean. Conclusion: Highly recommended for boat trips. Motor yacht "Aurelia Star" 05.-06.09.18

"Camping at the boats - The campsite (CP) is located directly within a marina. This means that you have your pitch right next to the boats. A new operator took over the CP on 15.06.2018. Everyone is super nice and really obliging and helpful. The campsite doesn't have modern, but clean sanitary facilities. Overall, the campsite is well maintained so that it is always nice and clean. Dogs are also very welcome. The pitches vary in size (approx. 80m² - 120m²) and about half have comfort pitches. There are also three vacation homes on the campsite. The Wi-Fi on the campsite is free of charge and works wonderfully. Although it was still low season when we visited, the campsite was already very full, so I would advise booking in advance. There is a lovely park right next to the campsite, as well as a swimming pool and a gym. Opposite the reception is the CP restaurant with a beer garden terrace, which I can only recommend to everyone. The food is excellent and the prices are perfectly reasonable. The locals know this too, so it's better to book a table here. There is a small playground next to the restaurant. For quick shopping by bike or on foot, there is a large supermarket in the immediate vicinity that has everything you need. Sneek is only a short distance away, where you can get everything you need or just go for a stroll or shopping. We've been to this campsite several times and can recommend it. We will definitely be back!

"A really nice campsite in the middle of the marina - This beautiful place in the heart of Sneek is absolutely recommendable. We have been coming back to Sneek for years. The harbour master is super nice and always helpful. He has the campsite and the marina very well under control and we have become friends with him.

"Very nice and central place directly in the Jachthaven - Beautifully located pitch in the middle of the Sneek marina. We were on a pitch especially for camper vans with fresh water, waste water and electricity. The sanitary facilities were clean. Unfortunately, the weather was rather poor during our visit and there was only one pitch left for one night. We would have liked to stay longer, but we didn't get to see much of the surrounding area. We will definitely go here again and book in advance.

"Very nice place - Very nicely laid out and very nice place close to the city. Shopping possibility 5 min to reach on foot. Simply great!!! We would go there again immediately.
