Really great campsite
Very nice, top location. Directly on the beach.
Fantastic atmosphere.
Bakery and butcher on site. Price good to very good.
Reception and problems very good.
We have already had several great vacations here.
Sanitary facilities could be improved, but the location and atmosphere make up for that!
On the whole very above average campsite!!! Thanks to the team.

Lovingly furnished with attention to detail, very clean sanitary facilities but also generally very well maintained, large part of the pitches with bamboo roofing (approx. 3m high), very friendly staff, small store with everything you need, fenced/monitored parking lot for towing vehicles, beach bar with small snacks
Negativno
Pitches can be a bit cramped in places, beach should be better maintained (unfortunately public), beach vendors (just OK in low season...)
Highly recommended, we would love to come back!
We came here for the second time. It is an absolutely recommendable CP which is very family run and lived. The staff are extremely friendly and help wherever they can. As already mentioned, the sanitary facilities are very clean, not the newest, but it doesn't matter. There are several entrances directly... to the beach and the middle one even has a cool, beautifully furnished beach bar. Unfortunately, the beach is public and you can tell that nobody really feels responsible for its upkeep. All in all, however, the beach is absolutely OK and ideal for children (very shallow shore).
We also found the peace and quiet (it closes at 10pm) very pleasant. As the vehicles are only on the campsite to drive in/out, there is very little movement.

Basic sanitary facilities, not particularly clean. Cramped pitch.
A matter of taste, not our cup of tea
There are boxes next to boxes, everyone uses every last corner of their plot. Everything is cramped, you can hear your neighbor breathing at night.
We were recommended this pitch and were horrified.
No cooling facilities. When we asked for 4 ice cubes at the bar, we were refused, even though we would... have paid for them. The reason, they sell 2.5 kg bags. But what am I supposed to do with 2.5 kg of ice cubes?
The beach is beautiful, but in June it is already totally overcrowded and vendors come every 30 seconds, making it difficult to say no thank you.
Not our place. Many German pensioners who "move in" here for several weeks. With deco and fridge...

Nothing
Negativno
Fully pooped toilets. Very very narrow pitches. Unfriendly staff. Beach is always overcrowded. Restaurant is bad.
Not recommended
Very unfriendly.
Infrastructure in poor condition.
The beach is crowded with locals because it is open to the public, and there is also a dilapidated jetty next to the beach.
Leisure activities other than on the beach are 0.0 %.
Pitches are ridiculously small: your neighbor squats in your front garden,... so to speak!!!
Everything is rather dilapidated, especially the sanitary facilities.
Hardly any natural shade, shade is created with wobbly self-built constructions, which doesn't help against the heat.
Also very, very expensive for the ridiculous offer (1= 51€)
Absolutely not recommended.

Direct beach location, but unfortunately you have little of it
Negativno
Without a car off the beaten track, expensive, very small and narrow pitches, old and dingy infrastructure, no additional services, hot as there are hardly any trees and therefore only partial shade from artificial roofs
A lot of money for little space and comfort
Unfortunately very hot due to high fencing and partial shade provided by roofs. The pitches are tiny, which also applies to the overall space on the site. For example, the mini-market and the "restaurant" are useless. Only the beach bar is quite nice. The beach is narrow and totally overcrowded, and... there is also a huge jetty that has collapsed, which looks really dangerous. The sanitary facilities are old and dilapidated, and there is very little cleaning; shitty plum toilets all day long, dirty washbasins and all this in times of Corona. And that's not all: every single one of the mini pitches was occupied, even if, like us, you were only there with a tent, there was no distance at all to your neighbor. Zero privacy. And all for at least 51 euros a day; and for that you have to bring your own toilet paper and hear your neighbors breathing.

- camping almost directly by the sea - swimming in the sea - walks on the beach - small store with delicious olives and partly organic products - cafe bar - Restaurant directly opposite the campsite (was very tasty) - 15 min. walk to the village of Vada - shopping facilities in Vada - Beautiful beach bar - Minigolf course can be used free of charge
Negativno
- Restaurant Camping rather simple cuisine
beautiful by the sea
The campsite is right by the sea. We chose a spot as close as possible to the beach.
What we liked best were the beautiful sunsets by the sea, the delicious food and the yogurt ice cream with various decorations, which was available in Vada.

Very clean Car-free Delicious food Store
Very nice vacation during the autumn vacations
It's a very nice place, you might have to get used to the narrow cells but otherwise it's very nice there. You can eat delicious food there or take it away. In the small store you can buy fresh baked goods and snacks. The campsite is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach with turquoise blue water.... The beach slopes very gently into the water and the sanitary facilities are cleaned twice a day and I never saw them dirty at any point during the day. Small playground.

-direct beach location -good starting point for excursions
Negativno
-Old sanitary facilities -too crowded on the beach in high season
Enjoy your summer vacation at Camping Tripesce 2019
We were welcomed by friendly, German-speaking staff. Camping Tripesce is a beautiful campsite with direct access to the gently sloping sandy beach. The beach is really beautiful and particularly suitable for small children. Unfortunately, it was very crowded during the summer vacations as it is also... open to the public. It's definitely better out of season. A small fire jellyfish problem spoiled the bathing fun at times, but that's the way it is with nature. The site has lots of covered pitches, which we found really great in high season. With a large caravan, some of the pitches could be a bit small and the paths are also very narrow. That was a bit of a challenge for our 7.50m caravan. All I can say about the sanitary facilities is that they were really tidy and cleaned regularly. Nevertheless, the old sanitary facilities can't be talked up. It's about time... Even if it was turbulent on the pitch during the day, the quiet times were observed. The road was sometimes louder in the evening and could be heard on the rear pitches. When arriving and departing, you should pay attention to the quiet times, because no cars are allowed to drive there during this time. In the worst-case scenario, you'll be standing in front of the barrier and have to wait there at lunchtime. The small supermarket on site has a good range of products. The prices were absolutely fine. There are also fresh bread rolls there every day. Whether the pizza in the restaurant in front of or on the campsite is better is probably a matter of taste. Our guests all had a different opinion. The campsite is a good starting point for day trips to Tuscany, e.g. Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena, just to mention a few. The small town of Vada is about 10-15 minutes away and we enjoyed walking along the beach in the evening to enjoy an ice cream. Vada is not particularly exciting, but has ice cream parlors, restaurants and a few small stores. There are also 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. There is a weekly market on Fridays. There is more going on in Cecina, about 5 km away. There are several stores there, including a Lidl and a Eurospin. There is a large weekly market there on Tuesdays.

- Not customer-friendly - Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired - Poor service - unfriendly
Warning: rip-off!
After our stay, we booked on site for the following year. As soon as we got home, we received an email asking us to transfer the booked week for the following year 12 months in advance! Unfortunately, my wife fell ill at short notice and we were unable to make the long trip and go on vacation. Despite... the sick note, there was no refund or concession from the campsite. We and our friends will not be booking the campsite again. However, they are not interested in this and are only after the money. So be careful and hands off!

Beautiful place right by the sea
Nice CP right by the sea. Sanitary facilities are old, but with us they were clean. They are heavily cleaned with chemicals. We never had to queue at the showers even though the campsite was fully booked. The pitches are very close together. However, the building services help with parking the caravan and moving it out.

Contrary to what is suggested, WIFI is NOT free. There is a tiered model. Maxi-Caravan tenants have 2 hours free per day...
Top location!
We've been on vacation at a campsite again for ages, this time in a maxi-caravan. We found the Mediterranean sandy beach, to which the campsite is directly adjacent and only separated by low dunes, by chance from inland last year: A dream! Warm, clean water and a temperate climate until mid to late September - we have booked again for next year ;-)

Friendly, German-speaking and helpful staff, clean beach with secure exit, pleasant after 14 days (mid-May) in littered southern Italy / Sicily was the cleanliness of the place and the sanitary facilities including hot showers, staff was constantly working. The place also made a clean and tidy impression. Waste disposal directly from the pitch every day.

Very friendly staff, extremely clean sanitary facilities, beautiful beach, cars stay outside, garbage is collected.
Negativno
The lanes and pitches are a little too narrow for large motorhomes. No dog shower.
Good for a short vacation by the sea
Advantage: Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean sanitary facilities, which in my opinion do not yet need to be modernized, solar water heating, pizza world champion within 500 meters, beautiful beach especially for children, good walking opportunities with the dog, cars stay outside, the... garbage is picked up every evening (great service!). Disadvantage: The blooming oleander is trimmed while there are still guests on the campsite. The nearby road is very busy. It is difficult to park with large motorhomes and the village itself is relatively unadorned. Conclusion: Ideal for a week of lazing by the sea among Swiss and Germans, which doesn't have to be a disadvantage. We would love to come back. Suggestion for improvement: A dog shower would not be bad.

unfortunately does not deliver what it promises
Unfortunately 80% of the pitches are under mat roofs, cars must be parked separately. A bit difficult, especially for campers. Sanitary building dilapidated and completely outdated, but relatively clean. The beach is OK, but there are nicer ones. In Sept. completely overcrowded, as the CP accepts ASCI... and ADAC-Campingcard (15 € per night). Better to pay 2 euros more and choose a better pitch. However, we must emphasize the absolute friendliness and helpfulness of the campsite staff.

We will be going to Tripesce for the 12th time in 2017. Were always satisfied there. Great starting point for tours in Tuscany. Super beach, also suitable for small children. Sanitary facilities old, but clean (cleaning 2 - 3 times a day). Restaurant on site absolutely ok in terms of price and good quality (mom still cooks there personally). Pizza across the road better.
