Right north of the pilgrimage site of Lourdes, Camping Plein Soleil is very centrally located. A few minutes' walk from this green terraced campsite, you will find various restaurants and shops. The good bus connection to the centre of Lourdes …makes this compact campsite an ideal starting point for a visit to the city. You'll be camping on flat, marked-out pitches spread over three terraces. Some pitches are a bit more overgrown than others, but they are all well maintained. The pitches on the higher field offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills and mountains. The mobile homes and wooden chalets for rent are located at the back of the campsite. The rectangular swimming pool is located at the entrance and is equipped with a transparent sliding roof. When the weather is bad, the pool can be covered and, thanks to the heated water, it remains at a pleasant temperature. Around the swimming pool, you will find a few sun loungers and a small children's pool. There is a playground with swings and slides for children. In the recreation room, there is a pool table, a pinball machine and a dartboard. At the reception, there is also a café where you can get a tasty drink. Even if you haven't brought your bike, you can still explore the area by bike. You can rent various bikes at the campsite. For example, you can visit the lake at Lourdes. Mountain bike excursions through the Pyrenees are a popular activity in this area.
