Quiet location.
By bike to Carcassonne
Stayed there for 2 nights to explore Carcassonne. Extremely friendly welcome. Easy to do by bike along the Canal de Midi in 1 hour.

camping calme familial et très propre
Camping très agréable proche de la cite de Carcassonne et aux abords du canal du midi pour faire de superbe ballade a vélo à recommander.

Close to the highway, shopping facilities, large pitches,
Quite ok for a stopover
The staff are very friendly and speak good English. The pitches are also suitable for larger caravans. 10 minutes to the highway. Shopping facilities available 300 meters away. The site is located in the town and is generally quiet. Only the church bell can be heard every hour and the background noise is the quiet engine noise of cars. The place is rather a 3 than 4 star place.

Not quite 4 stars
Among the ladies, out of four toilets, one had no seat, one had a leaky flush and one was condemned. The last one had a broken seat. One sink out of order. Dirty showers. Restaurant closed. Swimming pool inaccessible before July 6. For the reservation, we never got an answer to the e-mail. First phone... call, campsite inaccessible. On the second call, I was told that reservations for less than 5 days were not accepted. For one night, you have to book on site if possible before noon.

Small but good
The site is not too big and still well occupied in September, and is located directly on the River Aude. The pitches are spacious and clearly parceled out. The sanitary facilities in two blocks are somewhat older, but well maintained and clean. Baguettes, pain or croissants can be ordered for breakfast.... There is a supermarket nearby within walking distance (follow Rue du Languedoc opposite reception). The town center with its small harbor on the Canal du Midi and its remarkable lock can also be reached quickly on foot or by bike. We recommend the cycle path along the Canal du Midi to Carcassonne (approx. 13 km). The Cité Carcassonne is better reached by car (approx. 15 min). The campsite is located in the immediate vicinity of an elementary school, whose parking lot is often used by young people in the evening for their get-togethers, so there may be disturbances at night. On the whole, however, we felt comfortable on the pitch.

Camping à l'ombre des Micocouliers
Beautiful campground. Plumbing is kept very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Well located for visiting Carcassonne, by bike along canal or by bus (stop 50 m from campsite). Good base for bicycle tours along Canal du Midi.

beautifully situated, shady site in the middle of the pleasant village of Trèbes
Shady and large pitches, pleasant in the heat of the south of France. Close to the Canal du Midi with a small, cozy harbor. a few minutes from Carcassonne. recommendable place. Sanitary acceptable, as often in France without toilet paper

approx. 15 min from Carcasonne, direct bus connection from the CP to Carcasonne (unfortunately not on Sundays); very nice, English-speaking reception; allocated pitches separated by hedges with plenty of shade; expensive Wifi; old but clean sanitary facilities with wonderfully warm water for showers

Quiet campsite well located for those who want to cycle along the Canal du Midi, shady.after honestly for a 3 star campsite I find just the sanitary (water just hot, no cold water outlet shower on the floor while in municipal camping there was plastic duckboard to wipe without wetting all our clothes).sanitary clean So in conclusion perfect campsite for a stopover but I would not spend a whole week on vacation;
