Staff always competent, friendly and helpful.
The site is structured, tidy and clean.
The same applies to the wash houses, recreation rooms and leisure facilities.
On-site service for basic necessities such as shopping, gas, basic camping items (electricity,... etc.) is well organized and tailored to your needs.
Bread roll service without pre-ordering offers a sufficient and tasty selection for all needs.
All in all, an extremely relaxed and restful stay for us during the low season. The staff were friendly and helpful, even in the supermarket. The restaurant on site was very good.
One story from us: we needed help with the motorhome and it wasn't the adac that helped us but an employee, Hennig Sackmann. Our grandchildren loved the many different playgrounds. The site is very nicely laid out, the individual pitch areas separated by high hedges (privacy and wind protection!). The sanitary facilities are large and very clean.
