Unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier than planned for personal reasons. That was no problem at all. We can only recommend the campsite.

The public bus service is reliable and punctual, but often overcrowded, especially in the morning hours. The ski area is excellently developed and has extremely modern facilities.
However, due to the high capacity of the lifts, there are a lot of winter... sports enthusiasts on the slopes at the same time, which can pose an increased safety risk, especially in difficult snow conditions or on icy slopes.
Alongside Ischgl and Saalbach, Sölden is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Alps. However, the overall prices are at the absolute upper limit - quality and popularity also have their limits in the end.

We had booked a pitch (no.14) for our camper, binding for 2 nights. Our heating broke down on the first night. I therefore checked out early and wanted to pay the remaining amount for 2 nights, as agreed, because the operator was not responsible for our heating not working... and we left early.
Unbelievable in this day and age:
The lady at reception only charged me for one night without me asking! She didn't have to do that! Thank you again. It's not about the outstanding amount, but rather about this enormously kind gesture. Very nice people! We will definitely come back again.
The Mahlzeit restaurant is also top notch. Very good food, excellent service and good wines. Completely unusual for a restaurant on a campsite. It is run by two young, committed and professional men. Very friendly reception and organization of the registrationНегативиThe actual price of the campsite is not too high for what it offers, but the additional costs (sustainability fee, guest tax) are very high at 10.50 euros for 2 people, especially if you cannot take advantage of the guest card due to the type of stay.Small and fineWe were actually only looking for a place to stay for a ski weekend and chose this place because of the good reviews.
Due to the time of year and the short duration of our stay, we weren't able to take advantage of many of the benefits offered by the site (size of the pitches, views from the terraces,... leisure activities with hikes, etc.).
Nevertheless, we were impressed by the condition of the site due to the new central building with a really beautiful ambience, so we are considering checking in for longer at another time of year.

Perfect for drying towels overnight in October. Really cozy main house with a great chill-out area and perfect tables for socializing.Негативи8 euros per hour for the sauna. 1 sauna session, a bit of rest and that's it. In my opinion, with the pitch prices, it should be included, or at least increased to 2 hours. I feel this way not only here, but at other campsites in this category. You don't just pay for the pitch, you pay for the pitch+plus size+electricity+water++++the list is getting longer and longer. But we felt very welcome.Simply idyllicGreat campsite

Sven R.октомври 2025ПозитивниGreat place, great team, great concept, great location.Негативиnot applicable.My insider tipWe have been visiting the campsite for many years, both with a caravan for a family vacation and with a tent ("in a small circle").
On the one hand, it is away from the tourist hustle and bustle, i.e. pure relaxation. On the other hand, super close to the hotspots of Sölden, Gurgl and the thermal spa... in Längenfeld. Everything is easy to reach by public transport (even in summer), including arrival by train via Ötztal-Bahnhof.
The term "Naturcamping" is not just a marketing strategy here, but is really lived. For us/me, this is exactly our/my attitude to life.
Great place, great team, great concept, great location.
