Unfortunately, the pool could not really be used in the summer months due to massive algae growth. It is now cleaned every Wednesday and it is now a pleasure to swim in it.
Unfortunately, the toilets in wash house C have had their best... year. The toilet seats are wobbly and many of the toilet paper dispensers are only attached with a hint of a screw.
Furthermore, they are only cleaned once a day, even during the vacation months. As a result, the toilets usually look very unappetizing. The cleaning company comes back every evening, but always disappears again after 3-5 minutes. No matter what the toilets look like...
No place can do anything for the piglets, but I am used to other 4 and 5 star places here that the toilets are cleaned several times a day. What a pity. There's more to it.

The welcome at reception was very friendly and all questions were answered.
The pitch itself was level with a mixture of gravel and grass. Regarding the sanitary facilities, we have to say that one... or two things could be renovated (e.g. the shower fittings). However, they were cleaned daily and were clean.
The large playground and the indoor play hall for the little ones are very nice.

The location at the foot of the Wendelstein is beautiful. For me as a passionate cyclist it is ideal - there are many varied mountain bike tours. There is also a lot on offer here for hikers.
The proximity to Lake... Chiemsee and Rosenheim further enhances the leisure options.
The stream that flows past the site has already provided our children with many hours of fun.
There is a lot on offer for children: an indoor swimming pool, table tennis, a swimming pond and children's entertainment during the vacation periods.
It's a shame that the soccer court no longer exists - it was always a popular meeting place for the older children.
The staff on site are always helpful, friendly and on hand to offer advice and assistance.
We also find the self-service store a great asset - it's extremely practical.
The sanitary buildings are always very clean and well maintained.

Good, clean sanitary facilitiesНегативиThe store - if you can even call it thatPeople like to go camping hereJust a few kilometers from the A8 motorway, Kaiser Camping Resort welcomes you just outside the village of Bad Feilnbach. Right after the reception with barrier system for the entrances and exits, there are numerous places to stay overnight, which are also very popular. With the guest card you can use... public transport free of charge and there are numerous excursion possibilities in the region
After a friendly and quick check-in, we drove straight to our comfort pitch, which was equipped with water and waste water. The pitches are nice and big, even if ours was rather long and not so deep - but it was just enough to park the 7.3 m long camper van.
The whole campsite is quite large and most of the pitches are laid out in a circle, which looks fun. There are several playgrounds, a nice play hall for children, a natural swimming pond and a well-equipped waste disposal point.
There are several sanitary facilities scattered around the site. They are cleaned daily, and unfortunately not all campers leave them as they found them - that's a known fact. Even if they are a little older, you have everything you need and even the shower head is maintained (descaled).
There is a good restaurant on the site, but during our visit it was only open in the evening. Reservation recommended and visit recommended :-). There are also pizzas which you can take away.
The only thing that bothered us a little was the store. Well, actually it wasn't one, because there are 2 vending machines with very few products in them and a coffee machine. but it could be because of the poor internet, the lack of a heated indoor and outdoor pool and the size of the shower cubicles...... or because the location is not on one of the famous Upper Bavarian lakes.

We liked the facilities and especially the location so much that we planned a longer stay at this campsite this year.
Before booking, we were a little confused by the many negative reviews, especially about the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.... Everything was fine in 2022.
Nevertheless, we "took the plunge" and booked a pitch in the "Fürst" category for the first week of October.
We were not disappointed!
The allocated pitch was very spacious and the sanitary facilities were well maintained and clean. We cannot understand the criticism in this respect.
The staff at reception were also friendly and helpful.
The only thing we don't like is the fact that there is no longer a store for the most important groceries and, above all, no fresh bread rolls. The new tenant should rethink his concept here.
We didn't make use of the option to order bread rolls the evening before via the Internet with prepayment. Instead, we brought the baked goods we wanted for the following day directly from the bakery on our tours.

At the end of our last vacation we booked for September 2023.
On the day of our arrival we were informed by phone that we were no longer allowed on the site because of our two dogs.
We are very disappointed.
Of course, there have never been any problems with our two dogs. We have become "victims" of a dog-hostile decision by the new owner.

Contactless bread roll service via the bakery app. The cleanliness in the wash houses was subterranean this year.Unfortunately no longer our favoriteUnfortunately, our favorite place finally disqualified itself after our vacation this year. With a heavy heart, we had to admit to ourselves that we no longer agree with the whole situation. We can hardly put our finger on it, there are so many little things that we no longer like. The bread rolls can... now only be ordered by app, the goods are anonymous on the shelves. The small store no longer exists, instead there are vending machines. Washing machines and dryers can only be booked via app and credit card, where we have been waiting since June for the unused top-up amount to be transferred back. Of course, these may be individual opinions, but they are the ones that count for us. However, the biggest exclusion criterion this year was the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Even if the central wash houses are getting on in years and are no longer so attractive, they have to be clean! As a cleaning crew unfortunately only cleans the facilities once a day at lunchtime, the situation in the evening and first thing in the morning was absolutely subterranean! When so many people use the facilities, cleaning once a day is definitely not enough. Not to mention the corners and doors etc. We are saddened by this negative development and hope that a remedy will be found.
