Of course, it wasn't a cheap pleasure.
The pitch was right on the water with a very nice view.
Toilet facilities well maintained with very good facilities.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Catering is also ok.
We would love to come back but only out of season.

The location is great for a city trip to Berlin and Potsdam, with its castles anyway.
There is a lot to discover here and the site itself offers a lot.

- all the time even at night the acorns fell on the motorhome so slept badly
- No satellite reception through the trees
- we were in the farthest part of the site there were 3 lanterns not working, so at night only with a flashlight... to the sanitary facilities
- the sanitary facilities were very nice.
- 2 nights of very loud music from a concert on the other bank

Rene S.септември 2025We liked it and will be back.The campsite is well maintained. This time it was particularly pleasant for me that my desired pitch reservation worked out very well again. This is important for me, because as a severely disabled person I was able to go my (short) ways without any complications. It was also possible to arrive a day... earlier without any complications (after a telephone enquiry). I would be happy if the 6A standard power supply (1,380W) could be increased to 10A (2300W). I only needed more watts for the coffee in the morning because the coffee machine alone needs 1000W - so we had to juggle a bit and switch the fridge to gas in the morning, for example. Of course, I could have booked 10A, but the extra 4A is disproportionate to the price of 4 euros. The morning cup of coffee would have cost 2 euros per person. As we had booked in advance, we knew that we would have to pay considerably more here. However, we would have expected to have a functioning W-Lan at the campsite, which unfortunately was not the case.... And a 6 amp fuse for the power supply is an imposition. We couldn't even use our kettle to make coffee. And that at this price! And to ask for extra money to upgrade to 10 amps - which is actually a matter of course - is outrageous! - Raimund W.август 2025Not worth recommending for the price!!!Unfortunately, the site does not reflect the price range. The high price is probably only due to the fact that it is the only campsite in Potsdam. The pitches are small, the incl. power connection is supposed to be 6 amp., not even a coffee machine works with it!!!! The condition of the pitches (sandy... and dusty) as well as the roads are not in good condition. The sanitary blocks are very nicely done, but unheated in cold weather. At least the windows were closed on request. The reception staff were very friendly when they attended to you. Very friendly service staff, modern and spacious sanitary facilities that were always clean. Very good restaurant on site, but not cheap. Reservations are recommended in the evening.
