Peace and quiet! No parcelling! Friendly owner (Mrs. Godfroy)! The ambience! Hot showers!

During harvest time the combine harvester runs late into the night! No pool (but the landing beaches are only 25 minutes away)!
Manoir de L'Abbaye - Camping on an old estate
A CP for people looking for peace and relaxation, so more for adults. Not a "party zone" (which is what the owner wants). You are within the walls of an old 17th century estate. Meadows and fruit trees, no parcelling out.
Very suitable as a starting point for excursions to Bayeux, Caen and the landing... beaches.
The sanitary facilities are simple but clean and there is always (!) sufficient hot water (up to 60°C).

We felt very comfortable here and it was certainly not the last time we stayed at Mdm. Godfroy!
