We found the campground's location and the campground itself to be very pleasant. Everything was clean and in excellent condition.

I liked the closeness to the beach and the National Park. The faclilties were all that we needed.

When we booked the stay we were not asked to tell the registration number of the car so the gate didn’t open when we came. It seemed as there are different options to book. The problem was solved so we finally got in.

The campground is beautifully situated near the beach and not far from the area where you can watch kitesurfers and enjoy culinary delights. The staff at the Meny Market (reception) are welcoming and can also speak German. The restroom facilities are extremely modern and very well maintained. On our trip to Denmark, we didn’t find a better campground.

The pricing structure for each seat could be made easier to view online. The seat number on the online booking form should also be more prominently displayed.

Well-organized, well-maintained, and clean

Easy to get in and out of the campground. A nice walking distance to town, the ocean, and hiking trails. It was great that there were restaurants that had opened by Week 7.

I can't think of anything right now

- The view from both campsites was very beautiful.

- Currently, no refund is given for cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival; for cancellations made earlier than that, only 50% is refunded. That’s not very accommodating. A 20-krona fee is deducted when refunding any remaining balance on the prepaid card. - The reception desk is not marked on the campground map. - No one could be reached by phone.

We booked in advance through camping.info. Upon arrival, we ran into a problem: the booking portal didn’t require us to enter a license plate number, but this information is absolutely essential on-site to be able to drive through the camera-controlled gate. Fortunately, the reception desk at the Meny supermarket in town was still staffed shortly after 6:00 p.m., so this oversight could be corrected manually. We were then assigned spot 68 with a view of the sea—subjectively, at least the third-best spot. The site is elevated, and you can truly enjoy the North Sea from about 100 as the crow flies. Everything is clean!

After two weeks in Sweden, where we were perhaps a bit “spoiled,” we were surprised to find that here at the campground, service fees were added on top of the campsite fees, which we already considered high. To take a shower, you need a rechargeable service card, which can be obtained at a terminal in the service building. The machine for emptying the chemical toilet was also the first one during our entire vacation that required a fee—just like filling up with water using the hose at the supply station. None of this is really a big deal, but as a result, our two-day stay ended up being just as expensive as an entire week in 🇸🇪

It would be nice to have a bread roll delivery service on the grounds

Een heerlijk huisje!! Ontzettend dicht bij de zee, wat natuurlijk fantastisch is. Het huisje bied alles wat je nodig hebt.

Wat ik mis is eventueel een wasrekje om even de natte handdoeken te laten drogen. Het zou makkelijk zijn.

We really enjoyed this beautiful spot by the sea. The view is stunning.
