Place with a city worth seeing
The site is still a bit run-down. The sanitary facilities are ancient and rudimentary. The cleanliness on the pitch could be better and is sufficient in the sanitary area. The young man at reception is nice and helpful. You stand where you want to stand. The pitches are reasonably level but are likely... to get dirty quickly when it rains.
A big advantage is the proximity to the town.
Watch out! There is a disco on the opposite bank and at weekends it is quite loud until 3:00 am!

Camping in the city centre
The campsite is in a pleasant setting on the banks of the Tisza river.The town centre is on the other side of the river, just walk across the bridge.The toilet block is acceptable.However, there is a disco boat nearby with loud music.

Huge untapped potential
As I said in the title, the campsite has a great potential due to its location, on the banks of the Tisza river, in the immediate vicinity of the water park. However, the location seems unstructured, the very generous space of the site...

Large camping area, location on the Tisza River, wifi.

Discos on weekends at the campground, old infrasctructure from the Kadar era.
Good camping on the way to the Balkans
A pretty decent, large and inexpensive campsite. There is wifi, you can pay by card. Toilets in commune-era buildings but rather clean. The cabins have not been renovated for a long time. You can get along in English. On weekends in the campground loud discos. Store not far away.

Toilets in old buildings but rather clean. Difficult to get along in English. Loud night parties in the area. Good place to stay for 1 night.

Camping opposite the old town
Well-kept site directly on the banks of the River Tisza. With a beautiful view of the old town of Szeged. Unfortunately a little noisy due to the central location, but ideal for sightseeing.
