Good but expensive
The site is basically good. The location is good, the pitches are big enough and the sanitary facilities are fine. Only the excessively high prices at Orbitur are likely to put many guests off. 10-15 Eure more than comparable sites is not justifiable in the low season.

beautiful place, great beach, opportunities for sightseeing

Poor sanitary facilities, high price, poor service
Unfortunately not much better in 30 years
Pitches for caravans and tents have disappeared and mobile homes have been set up close to each other instead. The remaining pitches are reasonably good. 3 sanitary buildings have not changed for 30 years. Only one was modernized a few years ago. In the off-season - despite the high pitch price, 2 persons... WW + car 27€ although the pitch is almost empty - there is not always hot water. Ultimately, after about 20 stays in 30 years, we won't be coming back. A swimming pool alone is not enough.
