Terrible customer service from the staff, the worst we've ever seen, aloof, with no sympathy or effort to help or guide the customer.
The park manager was rude, ill-mannered and spoke to my family in an unacceptably arrogant tone!...
A completely unbelievable experience, so negative that it ruined our vacation.

It has been a great challenge to provide the best safety conditions for our employees and customers. We are very grateful to recognize that most customers understand and accept being on vacation with a... mask, with social distancing, wasting time waiting for turns, with closed services, or with reduced hours. The bungalows are really nice and offer enough space for 2 people with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also a covered barbecue area and parking space on the doorstep. Andreas und Petra S.septiembre 2014Pure relaxation (end of September)Medium-sized site, in an absolutely peaceful location in the Peneda-Geres National Park. The extensive grounds with many large trees give it the character of a park. The level ground consists mainly of fine gravel. A high-pressure cleaner and a vacuum cleaner are available for a fee. WLAN is available... free of charge in the reasonably priced restaurant. (Ham/egg sandwich 1.60, hot chocolate 1.-) Good hiking opportunities on site. The reservoir is a 5-minute walk away. Andreas O.julio 2010Beautiful, fairly shady site in a rural setting. The campsite is largely unparceled but not overcrowded even at weekends in July. The sanitary facilities were above average by Portuguese standards. The other facilities such as the small supermarket, restaurant, bar and lounge with TV and free W-LAN are... also very well maintained. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, but the campsite staff are anything but competent when it comes to planning tours. The huge hiking map at the entrance to the campsite is also useless.
