What’s there not to like. It is what it is and doesn’t pretend to be something else. People it is a campsite not a hotel!
One to return to
We love it here! Close to the beaches of North Devon and great villages and towns to explore when the sea is calm.

Driving ban from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. slows down "bread delivery drivers". Level parking spaces.

Relatively close to a road towards the coast. Nothing within walking distance.
Convenient location with large parking spaces
At first glance, Lobb Fields seems more suitable as a stopover. However, there are an unexpectedly large number of water sports enthusiasts on the site (although we were unable to check where they do their water sports - Braunton is located on an estuary). The pitches are spacious and available with... and without electricity. A central wash house seems a little tight in relation to the size of the pitch. The prices in the season (Cornwall/Devon from mid-July to the end of August) are nevertheless hefty at 32 pounds for a camper van, 2 people and electricity. The wash house is not the newest but in good condition. The showers could be more comfortable. The cleanliness was okay.
