We received a very warm welcome. The campground is very clean and beautifully situated right on the water with a small beach. You feel right at home immediately. The restaurant has a small menu, but the food is delicious and the staff is super friendly.

The dog beach is actually great, too, but unfortunately, people think it’s okay to let their dogs do their business there and not have to clean it up. Maybe having a trash can and bags on site would be helpful. I didn’t go to the dog park because the only path leading there is very narrow and overgrown.

Nice place, good restroom facilities
We spent another long weekend in Bockholmwik. In addition to the great weather, we were very pleased with the service—from the time we made the reservation right through to our arrival. The website’s booking page is a bit confusing because the site map isn’t immediately obvious, but the service more... than makes up for it. We received a very warm welcome and were able to move into our site as early as 11:30 a.m., which offered a great view of the Baltic Sea.
We’re always particularly impressed by the wonderful, spacious bathrooms—almost nicer than the ones at home. The other amenities on-site (bread rolls, a small shop, Bock 19) are also good, so you feel completely at home.

The staff is super friendly. The restrooms are beautiful. The view is unbeatable. There's a nice restaurant on the grounds. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place for you.

The small convenience store could be better stocked. But you can find the essentials there. The “Dänenwiese” is not recommended when it rains. Pitches 196 and 197, in particular, end up completely flooded because they’re located in a small depression. Drainage might help here. The water stays there for days.
The most beautiful campground on the fjord
All in all, a highly recommended campground. I’d love to go back anytime. It’s not a party campground.

Very nice location of the campsite, clean and modern sanitary facilities, very nice bathrooms, great leisure facilities in the building (including table tennis, billiards etc.), well-kept and clean outdoor facilities. Open-minded, friendly staff.

Great service from booking to departure. Super friendly staff. Terraced campsite with many pitches that have a fantastic view of the water. Exceptional, good sanitary facilities. Charming camping store.

We felt at home from the very first day. Great pitch on the water. The drive there is a bit narrow, but worth it. When we left, our caravan was pulled up by an employee. Many thanks for this great service. The whole site is very well maintained. Free beach chairs on the beach.... Beautiful cycle paths around the campsite. Excursions to Flensburg and neighboring Denmark are highly recommended. We say thank you, thank you to this extremely friendly team and will definitely visit this campsite again. The campsite is in a very nice location. The staff are all very friendly and courteous. The highlight are the sanitary facilities, so modern and clean, really amazing.

There are no disadvantages. The only thing that could possibly be seen as a disadvantage is that there were no more bread rolls at 8.30 on Sunday. So it is advisable to order in advance.
Very nice campsite
The place is awesome. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and peaceful
The dogs and I had a wonderful weekend break with a spot in the 2nd row from the beach. the place is big, with lots of space and a very calm atmosphere. perfect for a relaxing getaway by the sea. and very dog friendly. loved it!!

Repeat offender!
We discovered this beautiful campsite on our return journey from Norway.
We were able to book spontaneously, a super friendly welcome and then we were right on the water!
We booked a week in advance right on the water and had a wonderful vacation. Cycling, swimming, trips to Flensburg and Denmark... We saw and did a lot.
The site is very well maintained and the sanitary building is top! This campsite is still highly recommended!

A wonderful week ....
We had a pitch and an apartment. The pitches are generously sized. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The children had a great time. The restaurant on the site is simply brilliant, highly recommended. The operators of this site are all very helpful. .

Great place
Found it by chance, got a pitch in the front row and spontaneously stayed for two nights. Also great for dogs - fenced dog run on the pitch and dog run on the beach nearby. We liked it very much!

Great short vacation in Bockholmwik
We had a wonderful short vacation in Bockholmwik. The reception team is very friendly and there was a welcome gift for our Labrador on arrival. Small market with fresh bread rolls and a highly recommended restaurant (not a typical campsite restaurant). The showers are of hotel standard.
We were absolutely delighted with the whole site and are already looking forward to our next visit to Bockholmwik!

The drive from the CP entrance to the pitch down to the water is sometimes very narrow and winding with caravans, otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Very nice campsite for families
We stayed at this campsite at the end of July/beginning of August and really liked it. With a bit of luck, you can even see the sea from the Dänenwiese. The playground has a large bouncy cushion which is used by the many children on the campsite. The mini market is small but nice and there are delicious,... fresh bread rolls every morning (you can also order them) without having to queue for long (be sure to try the Danish bread rolls!). The beach is close, narrow and natural. There is a dog beach nearby, which is somewhat wider and nicer. The campsite as a whole is very well maintained and clean. The grounds are very tastefully designed. The toilets and showers are clean, but sometimes very cramped. While we were there a wedding was taking place in the event barn, it was quite loud (Dänenwiese), but it didn't bother us. The staff are very friendly and helpful (we were accidentally there a day early and were helped without complications and given a parking space). We would love to come back!

Great location
Friendly staff. Some of the pitches are very sloping; only a few electricity boxes, so a very long cable is required (25 m is not enough); very good restaurant on the site with reasonable prices; clean sanitary facilities: you have to undress in the anteroom to shower, as the shower cubicle is very small and there is no possibility to hang anything up in the cubicle.

Wonderful location
We stayed here for four (cold) days in April. The site is beautifully situated, the terraced layout means you have a view of the fjord from almost every pitch. The sanitary facilities are modern and clean. The store was unfortunately still closed in the low season. The operators and staff are, without exception, very friendly and helpful.
