I especially appreciate that there are accessible restrooms and showers—unfortunately, that’s still not a given at campsites. The campground’s close proximity to Lake Müritz is also great—you can see it from many of the campsites. There’s plenty to do in the immediate area. Plenty of space in this area. Very well-maintained site, as are the restrooms. A short bike ride into town on bike paths. Great Wi-Fi reception.
The only thing was that the power boxes were a bit far away in some spots. The campsites are spacious and surrounded by nature. The restroom facilities are adequate for the size of the campground, clean, and “odor-free.” Pets are also welcome, and there are plenty of places to walk them. Our stay from September 12 to September 20, 2026, was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. We felt right at home from the very beginning.
The well-maintained and clean restroom facilities deserve special mention. The prices for washing and drying were also fair... and reasonable. There’s a small snack bar on site for when you’re feeling a little peckish.
The staff was friendly and helpful, so we always felt welcome. We also really liked the location: there are plenty of sights to see in the surrounding area, all of which are easily accessible by bike.

Everything here is just perfect: the great location surrounded by nature, the friendliness of the entire staff, the dining options with delicious food, recreational activities and places to visit, the dog beach, and the dog shower.... The restrooms deserve special mention—they’re modern, spacious, and bright, and kept in tip-top condition. A big round of applause to the entire staff.

It has everything you could need—the kitchen utensils are especially noteworthy. We felt very at home there for a whole week.
