Inexpensive, typically French site, quiet, large pitches, very clean sanitary facilities, very friendly and helpful groundsman.

Simple, but very well-kept and clean place
We actually only wanted to stay for a few days, but we liked the campsite so much that we stayed there for the rest of our vacation. The site is very quiet on the edge of the old town, with huge pine trees providing shade and protection from the wind (mistral!). Foreign campers are rare, you should speak... French. The groundsman is very friendly and helpful and takes exemplary care of the site. The sanitary facilities are practical and kept spotlessly clean, simply perfect. Shopping is easy in the village, Carrefour is about 7 minutes away on foot. Avignon, Orange, Carpentras, Mont Ventoux are all nearby, and for water lovers there is a huge water park 5 km away. We would love to come back.
