    The name is absolutely right.
    The site is well signposted in the village and easy to reach. It is situated on a hill above the village. There is a good view from every pitch. There is a good restaurant on the site. There are also several places to eat and shop in the village. The nearby national park can only be hiked/driven in certain places or with a guide. There is absolutely no car traffic on the roads to the village.

    Pure nature on the edge of the national park
    Those who are not afraid of the long journey off the Toledo - Cordoba highway will be rewarded with a romantic, terraced campsite above the small town of Horcajo de los Montes and have the Parque nacional del los Cabañeros (40 km2 in size) within walking distance.

    The campsite is situated at an altitude of approx. 620m with a view of the village - good views. Important for this is the existing nature park, for which tours with guides are also offered. It is often fully booked on the WE. The staff are very helpful.
