What a pleasure to read that you enjoyed the infrastructure of our campsite and its general atmosphere! These two elements are indeed the soul of Les Biches, nestled in our beautiful 10-hectare pine forest. The cleanliness of your mobile home also seems to have met your expectations, which... is essential for a pleasant stay.
Regarding the lack of shutters in the bedrooms and the heat felt, your comment is pertinent. It's true that at the beginning of July, France was hit by a severe heatwave. Our location in the heart of the pine forest is our natural air-conditioning ;)
Please note that our Garden and Family ranges are equipped with combi-stores: a blackout awning combined with a mosquito net.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Bois des Biches.
We are very sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with the hot water during your short two-day stay. We understand your frustration, especially with a baby, and apologize for the inconvenience.... The gas water heater in your Confort mobile home, although recent (2022) and having caused no problems for the previous occupant (who stayed for two weeks), can sometimes present temperature variations, unlike an electric water heater with a tank. The baby area in bathroom 1, equipped with a bathtub, was at your disposal should you need it. We have taken due note of your comments and will be carrying out further checks on this water heater.
We are aware that a weekend is too short to allow us to prove ourselves, and hope that despite these inconveniences, you have been able to enjoy the location of your mobile home. Perhaps you were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Sélène, the silver doe, strolling through the trees in the moonlight?
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Bois des Biches for a longer, cloudless stay this time, under the benevolent gaze of the Vieux Chêne.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your experience at Bois des Biches! We're delighted you enjoyed our water park and everything that makes our campsite so charming.
A few details about our commitments, particularly with regard to bedding. As part of our Clé Verte approach, we have... invested in durable, thick, plastic-coated, zippered mattress covers, which we carefully disinfect between each stay. This is a real ecological and qualitative choice, quite different from disposable undersheets. We inform all our guests of their non-disposable nature. This information is accessible via the downloadable inventory of fixtures (QR code on the fridge and mobile app), and we send a reminder the day before departure. However, they are still sometimes thrown away, even though they represent a real investment.
As far as the inventory of fixtures is concerned, the fact that there are no entry or exit inventories gives our guests a certain degree of freedom: our aim is to withhold no deposit, except in exceptional circumstances. This avoids any constraints on arrival or departure. If required, an inventory of fixtures can be requested at any time with a member of our team (information specified on the autonomous inventory of fixtures).
We know that some entry-level chalets show signs of wear and tear. That's what makes them so affordable. Just let us know at reception or via our app (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), and our teams will be quick to intervene.
