Sarah R.Ağustos 2012Hello, We spent a week (from 18 to 25 /08/12) at roucan west in vias plage in a mobile-home 6places. We were aged from 14 to 23 and one person aged 44. NEGATIVE POINTS: Let's start with : *POOL: -small ( barely 70m² instead of 100 as indicated on the site) -information panel at the edge of the pool wrong... ( supposedly 1.40m of water from one end to the other when I'm 1.65m and I hardly had any footing) - no opening hours (10am-1pm 3pm-7pm) - footbath NOT UP TO STANDARDS (either no water, or a "plate" full of sand, or the showers are running non-stop) *PRETTY HOME: - opening hours: 8am-12pm-5pm-7pm -no welcome drink: we don't even know who the campsite managers are -not nice staff: there was ONLY ONE animator who really animated the others were always at the bar twiddling their thumbs and didn't even say hello * GENERAL: very few activities, evenings (2 per week and still), atmosphere - blocked drains so in the evening and at night I can't explain the smell when you sleep with the windows open... -very narrow alleys - campsite exterior leaves much to be desired, poorly maintained, overflowing garbage cans, dirty... - dangerous beach volleyball court with bits of scrap metal, glass and other items (idem beach) - "prepaid card" system to be able to buy anything (10-20-30€) ONLY ONE POSITIVE POINT: direct access to the beach.
