Interesting is the price per month according to a Swiss living there 120, - Euro per month plus 0.20 Euro for electricity / Kw, swimming pool available, electricity, every 2nd to 3rd parcel water, sanitary large and clean, simple restaurant with Spanish home... cooking, young, friendly place couple. The price per day 19.90 plus electricity 20 cents / kw. The influence of the Valencia and Castellon authorities does not allow any other tariff structure. The site is partly surrounded by olive trees and natural stone walls. Nearby there are 1000 year old olive trees.
