Very noisy street right next to the square
Unfortunately directly on a busy road
We are guests at the campsite in June. We are 2 adults and 2 dogs. We spent 4 days on a luxury comfort pitch. Unfortunately, the pitches are right next to a busy road and are correspondingly noisy. Even in the evening there are still a lot of cars so that there is practically no peace and quiet. Otherwise... the whole site is kept very clean. Only the lawn is partly not in a good condition. A lot of sand is used here. Unfortunately the restaurant and pub are closed. Here I miss a hint on the homepage. When I asked the operator about this, he said that they have someone who is very unreliable. What a pity really. The town of Afferden can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. We have decided not to camp here again. Even if the operators make a lot of effort with the maintenance of the place, the road is very annoying. And the lack of information about the closed restaurant is also annoying as we like to use it.
