I stayed at Camping Il Roccolo for a week during the Umbria Jazz Festival and had an overall great experience. The location is perfectly situated for visiting Perugia, making it extremely convenient for returning late at night after the festival concerts. Most of... the campsite benefits from nice natural shade under large oak and olive trees. However, keep in mind that it faces east, so choose your spot carefully if you want to avoid being woken up early by the morning sun. The facilities are good and cover all basic needs. There is a small café on-site for essentials, and a supermarket is conveniently located just two kilometers away.

Above all, the entire staff and the team at the café were exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend it, especially if you are traveling with your own vehicle and looking for a quiet, convenient base near the city.
