Marcus U.Temmuz 20265.0Marcus U.Temmuz 2026Olumlu yanları- A nearly new and always clean restroom facility - Very quiet despite being fully occupied - Pleasantly spacious spacing between individual sites - Friendly staff - Well-maintained campgroundOlumsuz yanlarıIf we were to point out something negative, it would actually be the many flies, but that’s to be expected on a farm, and it was mentioned in other reviews as well. We were in the first spot from the cow barn. It might be better at the spots farther away.Pleasantly surprisedWe were there in July 2026 and were pleasantly surprised. We had always stayed at larger campgrounds before. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our trailer was towed to our site by a tractor and immediately positioned perfectly. You can order fresh rolls (not pre-baked ones) here.... The sites are spaced comfortably apart. You’re not crammed together like chickens on a perch. The campground is very quiet, even though it was fully booked. It’s no comparison to “Camping Hopfensee,” which we also checked out. The restroom facilities were clean at all times. We’d definitely go back there.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.Henüz hiçbir kampçı bu derecelendirmeyi faydalı bulamadı. İlk Sen ol! - 5.0CKChiara K.Temmuz 20255.0CKChiara K.Temmuz 2025Olumlu yanlarıLocation top Cleanliness top Friendliness top Equipment topOlumsuz yanlarıNOTHING AT ALL (grumblers might complain about the many flies, but as it is an organic farm, this is to be expected)Fantastic place in a fantastic locationA great campsite in a direct location, separated only by a road, on Lake Hopfensee.
Very spacious pitches, well maintained.
It was a bit unusual for us to park the caravan in front of the barrier, because the owner comes with the tractor and places it exactly on the pitch; we haven't seen this before.... But of course this means that everything on the lawn is in perfect order and there are no visible traces of digging. Another great service: there is a power cable for each pitch, which is handed to you with a "Welcome" and you just have to plug it in.
The sanitary facilities are super clean, something we haven't experienced for a long time. The scullery, laundry room (2 washing machines, 2 dryers for cash and clothes horse) and even the garbage room are also tip-top.
The site is at the end of the lakeside promenade and you can walk very nicely along the lake in the direction of all the restaurants. Shopping facilities in Füssen about 5 km away (edeka, Aldi...)
There is also plenty on offer for small children: Playground, indoor play area with ball pool, trampoline, table football etc. We didn't use it, but it looked just as well maintained as everything else.
Dogs are welcome.
You have a view of the Hopfensee and the royal castles from almost every pitch.
The reception is open during extensive opening hours, where you can also buy snacks such as ice cream and drinks. A bread roll service is also available there.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.4 kampçı bu derecelendirmeyi faydalı buldu. - 5.0KSKlaus S.Haziran 20255.0KSKlaus S.Haziran 2025Olumlu yanlarıThe location is really very nice and there is also a lot on offer for the children, you don't have to walk far to the village and you don't notice much of the street either, everything is very clean and in a high quality condition and the operators are very friendly.Olumsuz yanlarıWe didn't really have, if at all, that there are few trees on the site and therefore few natural sources of damage.Family K. Stutz visits from 08 to 15.06.2025The campsite is really nice and clean and up to date with great views, the surroundings are very beautiful,
you have everything nearby that is not directly on site, and we were very satisfied with everything that was provided,
the family is very friendly and helpful,
and we will definitely be back,
the... fact that the caravan with the tractor is properly parked by the operator and the power cable is already on site so that you don't have to take a cable with you was something new for us,
I can really only recommend this campsite 👍🏻Otomatik olarak çevrildi.2 kampçı bu derecelendirmeyi faydalı buldu. - 5.0TBThomas B.Temmuz 20245.0TBThomas B.Temmuz 2024Olumlu yanlarıLocation on the lake, spacious pitches and top sanitary facilitiesOlumsuz yanlarıNo answerFamily place with great managementAn exemplary family-run site. Dirk H.Mart 20245.0Dirk H.Mart 2024Olumlu yanlarıVery well-kept CP with pitches beautifully integrated into the landscape, modern and clean sanitary building, friendly operators, bread roll serviceOlumsuz yanlarıNone for us :-)We would love to come back!!!The beautifully laid out pitches make the campsite something special. There's plenty of space and it doesn't feel like mass processing, but like something special. We felt like guests and not just one of hundreds. Many thanks to the operators for the great concept!
Each pitch has its own extension cable... with CEE plug for the electricity connection.
The sanitary facilities are new and were always clean, despite full capacity over Easter.
The town center of "Hopfen am See" with restaurants and stores is within walking distance. There are many great cycling and hiking tours directly from the site.
We are already looking forward to our next visit.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.1 kampçı bu derecelendirmeyi faydalı buldu. - 5.0

It's also funny that the caravans are brought to the pitches with a tractor and brought back down again.

- 5.0JRJP R.Mayıs 20225.0JRJP R.Mayıs 2022Olumlu yanlarıSuper sanitary building and always super clean. Greater distance between the pitches. Caravans are pulled onto the pitches with a tractor. Bread roll and drinks service. Very nice operators. Very good location with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle Direct proximity to Lake HopfenseeOlumsuz yanlarıNoneVery nice place, very nice operatorWe have stayed there several times for up to five weeks and felt very comfortable.
The super nice owners always have an open ear for their guests and are happy to give great tips for things to do.
Caravans are placed on sufficiently large pitches with centimeter precision by tractor, also to protect... the meadow. The power cable is located directly at the pitch and only needs to be plugged in.
We have already used the new vacation apartment(s): Everything is SUPER there too!

There was nothing, but absolutely nothing to complain about. Super friendly young operator couple. Always in a good mood. Sanitary building brand new, tip top, always clean. There was even a children's bathroom and a disabled bathroom. Bread... roll service on site. Emergency drinks also available on site. Wonderful view of the Allgäu Alps, castle and Hopfensee. Peter S.Eylül 20215.0Peter S.Eylül 2021Olumlu yanlarıclean and new sanitary facilities centrally located close to the lake friendly owners good price / quality ratio lockers for tent campers to charge electrical appliancesOlumsuz yanlarıpower supply, long cables required dirty water drain only at chemistry on the lawn no marked and straight places few water tapsNice farm campsiteThe young couple has recently taken over the campground. Due to a fire, all facilities have been renewed. Brand new building for plumbing, dishwashing room etc. In front of the campsite terraced pitches. At the back of the campsite a grassy field where the caravans are placed and picked up by the owner... with the tractor. If you are assigned a spot here, a long cable of at least 25 meters is needed for the electricity. Also you are then far away from the sanitary building. We were the only Dutch people. The campsite is mainly visited by German guests.
At the reception bread service, drinks and ice cream are available against pre-order. It is not clear how many amps the power supply is. The owner could not answer this but indicated that it was not a problem.
