unkempt place, dirty sanitary, too expensive for what is offered
Avoid!
The grounds on which the site is located are beautiful in and of themselves. Hilly, green, trees and bushes....... The meadow was unmown during our stay, unpleasant in rainy weather (unless you have rubber boots with you). Sanitary facilities extremely basic and dingy. No working WiFi, no bread service.... The (beautiful) town of Provins is just under half an hour's walk away. There are other pitches for camper vans close to the town - certainly the better choice.
