Temmuz 2018Familien UN-freundlichWir haben uns auf Grund der Beschreibung und Bewertungen für diese Einrichtung entschieden, um als Familie Meer und Wasserpark genießen zu können. Als die Unterkunft dann erfahren hat, dass wir ein Baby mitnehmen, wurde plötzlich entschieden dass wir die max. Anzahl an Personen für ein privates Mobile... Home überschreiten, weil hier ein Baby wie ein Erwachsener behandelt wird. Nach einer Diskussion und Bitte um eine sinnvolle Lösung (so wie es in jeder anderen Unterkunft der welt möglich ist, und gerade in Mobile Homes) wurde uns ein zusätzliches Mobile Home für zusätzlich 1.000€ angeboten und nachdem ich den Schlaumeiern einen virtuellen Vogel gezeigt habe, wurde uns die bereits bestehende Reservierung ohne Kommentar gestrichen. Man muss dazu noch sagen, dass neben dem Baby ein 3 jähriges Kind dabei ist - keiner der beiden braucht sein eigenes Bett, und trotzdem wird rumgezickt. Diese selbsterfundene Regel ist so sinnlos wie ein Kropf, und unserer Meinung nach kann die Unterkunft das Mobile Home jetzt zu einem höheren Preis vergeben, also alles kalkuliert - Kundenservice und -Zufriedenheit sind in Spanien anscheinend nicht bekannt.Camping Del Mar tarafından cevaplandı 5 Mart 2021Hello Martin,
Thank you for your review. As it is well indicated in our rules, it is not possible to exceed the maximum number of people allowed in each accommodation and all the children and babies must be counted. As you have told, you were exceeding it in 2 people more of the allowed. The maximum... is 6 person and you were 8 persons! We suggest you some options to try to solve it but as you haven't accept it, we had to cancel your booking.
We can understand that maybe you are not happy because you had to find another campsite, each campsite have their own rules and they must be respected. With 8 months margin we are sure you have found a campsite with an accommodation for 8 people.

Nice cabins with air con. Small shop. Suggest that you call at a large supermarket before you arrive. Nice restaurant area with a good array of good. Lady on the bar was excellent she coped on her own... running the bar.shop & serving food, nothing was to much trouble I would give her 5 stars just because she was unfrazzled & so friendly.
