We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, however, we would like to make some clarifications.
The maximum dimensions of vehicles are clearly stated in the description of the pitches: if your camper complied with them, we are surprised that you could have hit the hedges....
Regarding hot water, in the low turnout period when you visited us it may happen that you have to wait longer than usual before it reaches the services. We regret that you did not immediately report any problem to the front desk, which would certainly have stepped in to solve it.
Finally, we would like to point out that hot water is always included in the price of your stay and is in no way billed separately.

Best cappuccino and craossants for very little money. The sanitary facilities are cleaned at least twice a day and are in excellent condition. Italian plum toilets without toilet paper. But that's probably the case at most campsites in Italy.Very Italian and familiarIt was a great fit.
