"Too loud for us - We stayed here for a week at Easter. Very smart reception, everyone speaks German and is very friendly. The sanitary facilities and the entire complex were very clean! The animation was an imposition. Who needs that. The pool area, which was nice in itself, was filled with music and always cheered on through the microphone. I also don't understand what this lounger thing on the beach is all about. But it's probably typical of Italy. Everything neatly arranged at right angles. The layout is just as symmetrical. You have to like it.

"Worst service ever - ATTENTION!!! Very bad service. My girlfriend forgot her keys there and they are now at reception. The staff stoically refuse to send the bunch of keys by post to Germany. They simply don't want to do it. We would of course pay for it, but they won't do it. What a subterranean attitude. We now have to make the journey again and drive there to get the key. Customer service is different. So people, make sure you don't leave anything there or forget anything.

"Another great vacation - The site actually offers great facts for everyone. A large aqua park, clean and spacious pitches, great and spotlessly clean wash houses, a well-stocked supermarket, a very good ice cream store and a beautiful beach. The surrounding area is very interesting and beautiful anyway. Great restaurants, the lagoon, nice towns all around, Venice is nearby, Murano, Burano, ........ We like it there so much that it's our favorite place.

"Again and again for years - in the pre-season - We have been coming here again and again for years. But only in the early or late season. - In July/August there is probably standing room only on the beach and in the pool. If you are looking for a more comfortable restaurant: "Bar Marino" (pizzeria) opposite the entrance to the neighboring square Enzo. It's only a 5-minute walk across the beach. It usually opens around Mother's Day until mid-October.

"Our best vacation !!! - After a week on Lake Garda on a small, very good campsite, we were a little worried about being happy on such a large campsite. But far from it. Everything was just right for us here. The sea was great, the pool area left nothing to be desired, the entertainment program was great (soccer, archery, volleyball, Pilates, children's crafts, evening program and much, much more) The market was geared to the wishes of the guests and at a good price. The restaurants were also very, very good. Also very good was the proximity to Venice, which was empty due to Corona. That means... there were just 50-100 people on Marcus Square and that's just brilliant :) We also really liked the dormitories and bungalows, which make up about 2/3 of the square. I could write so much more here..... go there and have a vacation!!!

"Better not! - Friendly staff is not everything, but everything is nothing without making you feel welcome at a resort. We've been camping for 40 years but we've never experienced anything like this. To do a site inspection I placed my bike on the outside wall of the reception. When I stepped out of the building again, the security guard at the entrance gate shouted at me aggressively in the style of a nightclub bouncer - I should get out of here with my bike. I calmly reply that this is not a problem, but that a more friendly tone would be appropriate, especially towards a future customer. Not speaking any foreign language (at the reception of a tourist resort!) the gentleman becomes more and more aggressive. Now I ask the paralyzed ladies at reception for his superior or the manager to resolve the matter peacefully. At this moment, the boss or colleague of the rabbi Duce's colleague storms towards me from the entrance area, without a mask and without a safe distance, grabs me by the sleeve and shouts "Go! Go!" at me in the aerosol rain. English, after all. As there's no sign of a supervisor anywhere in sight, or perhaps a member of the establishment's top management is already standing in front of me snorting droplets, I prefer to leave. A management that tolerates such behavior or apparently completely unqualified staff who are not at least trained in customer contact is not worth the money and has failed. This is even more true in these special times. There are many great campsites in the neighborhood - to this campsite we say: better not!
