Simple accommodations, but everything you need is more than sufficient

However, we would like to provide some clarification regarding your impressions. Regarding the pool: measuring 17 by 7 meters, it offers a spacious area relative to the number... of accommodations we offer. Furthermore, the occupancy rate during your stay was very low (4 occupied chalets), which meant that all facilities were fully available.
As for the umbrellas, rest assured: we have all the necessary equipment to meet demand even at full occupancy. The number of umbrellas set up is adjusted daily based on the number of guests, with an eye toward aesthetics and preserving the landscape of our park.
Finally, regarding the air conditioning, thank you for bringing this up! This is indeed a project we are already actively working on to further improve your comfort.

As for the air conditioning, please note that some of our chalets... (the higher-end models) are indeed equipped with it. For this stay, you chose our standard model, which features a large ceiling fan. Given this truly exceptional heat wave, we realize that the fans unfortunately reached their limits, and that the refrigerators had to run at full capacity!
We’ll definitely keep your idea in mind about keeping the pool open until 8 p.m. during heat waves—it’s an excellent suggestion.

Regarding your comment on the soundproofing in the chalet, wood is a natural and noble material, and it’s true that it doesn’t provide the same sound insulation as a concrete wall. That’s... part of the “charm” of its unique character.
As for the noise from the spa, we’re surprised, since it’s not located near the guest rooms. This is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention, but we’ll keep an eye on it.

The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the bedding is high-quality. Having a charging station for the electric car right at the chalet is a real plus!
