High pricedTop location, well maintained, quiet in the north of DenmarkBeautiful campsite, very well maintained, quiet right on the Baltic Sea. We booked online 2 hours in advance and chose and booked a nice pitch. The site is already very large, the pitches are nice and big, are located in long streets but almost all offer enough privacy as they are parceled out by hedges,... trees and bushes. The paths to the wash house are sometimes very long. There are two new wash houses and one older one. The new one is really nice, large family showers, modern and clean. There is a well-stocked mini market and snack bar with burgers, pizza etc. There are several beach accesses through the dunes. There is a shower at the middle access point, so it would be nice if there was at least one more at another location. There is a busy road in front of the site, which you can also hear on the rear pitches. There is also a cycle path. There are many paths for walking from the site through the dunes and also in the forest. Dogs are allowed almost everywhere, even on the beach, but must be kept on a lead. Good location for very nice excursion destinations. We were only there for 2 nights in transit to Norway, but would easily stay for 2 weeks. The site itself is very cozy, spacious and quiet. The camping store deserves its name, as it offers more than just the usual chips and sweet drinks. We were there at the end of June, there were hardly any pitches occupied in our "row", we had a lot of peace and quiet, the site is scenically beautiful and the beach is amazing. The site is still very natural, the pitches are spacious and separated by lots of trees and bushes. There are nice playgrounds, a great beach and the area offers plenty of opportunities for nice bike... rides. The sanitary facilities are certainly not up to date, but they are clean and functional, the water is warm and the shower has a powerful jet. What more could you want? The staff were always friendly and helpful. For me, it's the perfect campsite. The sanitary building in the front area is quite dated and not recommended. I have just read that there is at least one other building that is in better condition.
