"Not everything deserves 5* - Swimming pool is not open from 9am - 8pm as described but only from 10.30am - 6.30pm. It is not possible for adults to swim for half an hour in peace. The shuttle service is advertised but does not run on Sundays. Definitely a nice campsite for children, but nothing for 2 adults without children - in addition, the deluxe pitches are directly adjacent to the children's playground and it is very noisy until late in the evening

"Not worthy of 5 stars! - We have been to many 5 star campsites, but this one does not deserve the 5 stars! As an adult you can't swim your laps in the swimming lanes in peace as there are always children playing in the middle, although you complain to the lifeguards they don't do anything! The food market is absolutely overpriced! When it rains the pitches are full of mud, the staff fill up the sand but don't compact it, so the next time it rains everything is sponged away again, that's not professional! What I as a customer expect from a 5 star site at this price! In the Peter Phan toilet building, the cassette emptying system has been defective for a long time, I have complained about it twice, it is not being repaired, where is that, please???? We had hoped for more at this campsite You simply have certain expectations for a 5 star campsite, you pay enough for it, and these were definitely not met here. We will think hard about whether we will visit this campsite again or whether we will simply take the campsite only 4 km away. I hope we were able to help with this impression.

"It is not a 5 star campsite, very disappointing - We were very disappointed, like at the Ballermann. The staff were generic and tired. The market was a disaster. Far away from everything, but mega party for children. More like a flophouse, not all pools open, a cheek, never, never again, unless you miss the Ballermann for children

"Dogs - Due to the many dogs, the place would have to be deprived of 2 stars. Also because the pools are closed so early and are not heated.
